Day 1 : Berlin

Arrive at Berlin international airport. On arrival, You will be transferred to your hotel and check in. Berlin is the capital of Germany and is known for its exceptional range of landmarks, vibrant cultural scene and way of life that’s somehow all go yet relaxed. In fact, the city is best known for its striking contrasts. Historical buildings stand alongside modern architecture as the past and present intermingle. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight in Berlin.

After breakfast, Depart for Guided city tour of Berlin. The city Tour is the perfect way to get to know the German capital in just one day. You’ll discover the most important sights of Berlin. After breakfast, Check out and Drive to Dresden. Arrive Dresden and depart for Walking tour of Dresden. Discover the eastern German city of Dresden. You will visit the historic center of the Saxon capital and see several top attractions like the Frauen kirche, Zwinger Palace, the House of Wettin, and the Semper Opera House. Later depart for Dresden River Cruise. Discover the beauty of Dresden on a charming paddle steamer or a modern boat cruise along the Elbe River. After breakfast, Check out and drive to Bratislava. Arrive and Depart for Walking tour of Bratislava. Visit St. Martin’s Cathedral, the oldest fountain in the city, beautiful Slovak Theatre and more. Later drive to Budapest. Arrive and check in. Overnight in Budapest.

After breakfast, Depart for Guided city tour of Budapest. Visit continental Europe’s largest Parliament building. After breakfast, Check out and Drive to Krakow. Arrive Krakow and depart for walking tour of Krakow. Krakow’s UNESCO-listed Old Town is the city’s most atmospheric district and the best way to explore is on foot. This walking tour checks off all the highlights, including the Royal Route and the Wawel Castle complex; the medieval St. Mary’s Basilica and 17th-century St Peter and Paul’s Church; and the historic Cloth Hall. Later check in to hotel and overnight in Krakow.

Breakfast at hotel. Later drive to Auschwitz Concentration camp. Arrive Auschwitz. Depart for walking tour. Learn about the tragic history and treatment of the Jews and other prisoners of the Holocaust and see the stark ruins of their everyday living conditions. Explore the cabins and crematoriums in Birkenau, the watchtowers, railway ramps, and a former gas chamber of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later return back to Krakow. TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking
