Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive San Francisco – The Bay City.

Welcome to San Francisco – The Bay City! After completing custom formalities, proceed towards the meeting point outside the baggage hall. Transfer to your hotel on your own and check in. Your Tour Manager will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby.

Later in the evening, transfer to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 : San Francisco – Bay Cruise – City Tour – Cable Car Ride

Today morning after breakfast; depart for San Francisco City tour with Civic Centre, Union Square, Nob Hill, China Town, and Lombard Street – the crooked street on earth.

After that transfer for San Francisco Bay Cruise. View the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island from your cruise.

Enjoy the Cable Car Ride – the world’s last manually operated cable car system. After dinner overnight at hotel.

Day 3 : San Francisco –Lake Tahoe

Today morning after breakfast, depart for LakeTahoe, Shimmering in myriad shades of blue and green.

Lake Tahoe is a large freshwater lake in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, straddling the border of California and Nevada. It’s known for its beaches and ski resorts. Upon arrival hotel check in.

Evening is free at leisure to explore the beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Overnight in Lake Tahoe.

Day 4 : Lake Tahoe Cruise – Fresno

Today morning, after breakfast, enjoy a scenic Lake Tahoe cruise and soak in panoramic views of the crystal-clear waters and surrounding Sierra Nevada Mountains (subject to weather conditions and operations).

Later, depart for Fresno, driving through picturesque landscapes and serene valleys. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and unwind after the journey.

Day 5 : Fresno - Yosemite National Park – Fresno

Today after early breakfast transfer to the spectacular Yosemite National Park. Yosemite is the TajMahal of national parks and you’ll first encounter it with the same mixture of reverence and awe.

It’s famed for its giant, ancient sequoia trees, and for Tunnel View, the iconic vista of towering Bridalveil Fall and the granite cliffs of El Capitan and Half Dome. Overnight at Fresno.

Day 6 : Fresno - Los Angeles – City Tour

Today after breakfast transfer to the Los Angeles. Arrive Los Angeles. Upon arrival enjoy the Guided city tour of Los Angeles- “The Sunny City, A Shinny City of Reinvention”. Bring your cameras and join us for an exciting day in Los Angeles, Hollywood Boulevard, and Rodeo Drive, Hollywood Blvdwhere you can compare your hand and footprints with the legendary stars like Harrison Ford, Marilyn MonroeandJohn Wayne at Mann’s Chinese Theatre.

Take a stroll on the Walk of Famewhere you’ll see the stars of your favorite actors and actresses, like Leonardo Di Capri, Julia Robert sand many more.

Later go for the photo stop at the Santa Monica Pier (Time Permitting). After dinner transfer tohotel in Los Angeles.

The future is now at Universal Studios! The world’s largest film and television studio brings you a theme park of your favorite movies in thrilling and fun adventures.

Go ‘”behind the scenes” as you learn movie industry secrets and how special effects are used to make your favorite movies come to life.

Dare to ride Revenge of the Mummy, the Ride. You’ll be thrilled by the virtual 3D adventures of Shrek 4D and the Transformers. Don’t get too wet watching the Water world show, it’s a splash. After dinner transfer to hotel in Los Angeles.

Day 8 : Los Angeles – Griffith Museum –Las Vegas

Morning after breakfast, depart for Las Vegas. Enroute visit Griffith Observatory – an icon of Los Angeles, a national leader in public astronomy, a beloved civic gathering place, and one of southern California’s most popular attractions.

Later depart for Las Vegas– the city of lights. Las Vegas is an internationally renowned major resort city, known primarily for its gambling, shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and nightlife

Upon arrival proceed for the city tour of Las Vegas Then we will move on to the Fremont Street. This street is famous for glittering lights, stunning visuals, sound effects and crowds of people. Move on to the Bellagio hotel for the very famous Bellagio fountain show(time permitting).Overnight in Las Vegas.

Day 9 : Las Vegas - Stratosphere Tower - City Helicopter Ride

Today morning transfer for Indian breakfast. Later you have free time to explore the city on your own.

2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
