Day 1 : Arrive Niagara Falls Usa

Arrive Buffalo. After completing custom formalities, proceed towards the meeting point outside the baggage hall. Transfer to your hotel on your own and check in. Your Tour Manager will be meeting for you at the hotel lobby once he arrives there.

Later in the evening, transfer to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 : Niagara Falls Usa - Maid Of The Mist – Cave Of The Winds

After breakfast in the morning, transfer for the breathtaking ‘Maid of the Mist’ boat ride (Weather permitting). View the thundering Hose Shoe Falls along with the American, and the Bridal Veil falls. (Due to weather conditions, this ride operates from the last week of May).

Later enjoy the Cave of the Winds (Weather Permitting). Soak up the experience of being closer to the waters of Niagara Falls than you thought possible, on a spectacular Niagara Falls tour. You can also visit the optional activities on your own. Overnight at hotel in Niagara.

Day 3 : Niagara Falls Usa – Hershey’s Chocolate World – Washington Dc

After breakfast, check out and depart for Washington DC.

Enroute, enjoy an American lunch. Visit the sweetest place on Earth – Hershey’s Chocolate World, where you can learn about the chocolate-making process and shop for delicious treats.

Continue your scenic drive to Washington DC, the capital city of the USA, known for its historic monuments and iconic landmarks. On arrival, check into the hotel.Overnight in Washington DC.

Day 4 : Washington D.c. – City Tour – Smithsonian National Air And Spacemuseum – New Jersey

Today morning after breakfast, Proceed for Washington DC guided city tourwith Capitol Building, White House, World War 2 memorial, Washington monument, Lincoln memorial and more (Most of the monuments are being visited from outside).

Later, visit the famous Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, home to the world’s largest collection of historic aircraft and spacecraft. Explore fascinating exhibits like the Wright brothers’ flyer, Apollo 11 command module, and lunar rock samples, making it a must-visit for aviation and space enthusiasts. Depart for New Jersey. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Overnight in hotel.

Day 5 : New Jersey – New York- Statue Of Liberty – City Tour- Empire State Building 86th Floor Observatory

After breakfast, depart for Statue of Liberty tour. Board the cruise and set sail for Liberty Island for the close view of the Statue of Liberty.

More than any other building in the world, the Empire State Building represents the ambition of humans to build towers that reach for the skies. Visit the 86th Floor Observatory of the Empire State Building for a bird’s-eye view of the city.

Proceed for guided city tour. Enjoy the land marks of New York City like Wall Street, World Trade Centre Site-Ground Zero, Broadway, Times Square and more. After the Indian dinner transfer back to hotel.

40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
