Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive San Franisco

Arrive San Francisco- the Bay City. It’s a major cultural and economic hub in Northern California, known for its iconic landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge, hilly terrain, and diverse neighborhoods on a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and the San Francisco Bay.

Transfer to hotel and check into the hotel. Have dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 2 : San Francisco – Bay Cruise – City Tour – Cable Car

Today morning after breakfast; depart for San Francisco City tour with Civic Centre, Union Square, Nob Hill, China Town, and Lombard Street – the crooked street on earth.

After that transfer for San Francisco Bay Cruise. View the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island from your cruise. Enjoy the Cable Car Ride – the world’s last manually operated cable car system. After dinner overnight at hotel.

Day 3 : San Francisco – Las Vegas

Today morning check out of the hotel and transfer to airport for your flight to Las Vegas. Arrive Las Vegas. Hotel check in. Later enjoy the city tour.

Proceed for the city tour of Las Vegas. Then we will move on to the Fremont Street. This street is famous for glittering lights, stunning visuals, sound effects and crowds of people. Move on to the Bellagio hotel for the very famous Bellagio fountain show(time permitting).Overnight in Las Vegas.

Day 4 : Las Vegas - Helicopter Ride

After breakfast, depart for the walking tour of Las Vegas strip. Rest of the day is free to explore Las Vegas at your own pace—enjoy shopping, casinos, or themed attractions.

In the evening, experience a thrilling helicopter ride offering stunning aerial views of the illuminated Las Vegas Strip. Capture unforgettable memories of the city that never sleeps.

Day 5 : Las Vegas – Free Day

Morning is free at leisure. You can spend time for optional activities like The Grand Canyon Cleaving a mile deep into the earth and averaging 10 miles across, it compels even the most jaded traveler to pause and draw breath.

Then you have free time to explore the city on your own. Try your luck in the best casinos across the strip or just see the themed hotels which are the attractions itself. After Dinner transfer to hotel.

Day 6 : Las Vegas - Los Angeles – City Tour

Morning after breakfast, depart for Los Angeles. Upon arrival enjoy the Guided city tour of Los Angeles- “The Sunny City, A Shinny City of Reinvention”. Bring your cameras and join us for an exciting day in Los Angeles, Hollywood Boulevard, and Rodeo Drive, Hollywood Blvd where you can compare your hand and footprints with the legendary stars like Harrison Ford, Marilyn Monroe and John Wayne at Mann’s Chinese Theatre.

Take a stroll on the Walk of Fame where you’ll see the stars of your favorite actors and actresses, like Leonardo Di Capri, Julia Robert sand many more. Later go for the photo stop at the Santa Monica Pier (Time Permitting). After dinner transfer to hotel in Los Angeles.

Dare to ride Revenge of the Mummy, the Ride. You’ll be thrilled by the virtual 3D adventures of Shrek 4D and the Transformers. Don’t get too wet watching the Water world show, it’s a splash. After dinner transfer tohotel in Los Angeles.

Day 8 : Disneyland Park – Los Angeles

After breakfast, proceed to the world-famous Disneyland Park, the happiest place on earth, where magic comes alive. Enjoy thrilling rides, spectacular parades, and meet your favorite Disney characters.

40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
