Day 1 : Arrival - Nairobi

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi; you will be met by our representative. You are then transferred to your city hotel and briefed about your safari. Overnight at Nairobi Hotel.

Day 2 : Nairobi – Aberdare National Park

Breakfast at the lodge; depart to the Aberdares region arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon; transfer in Hotel shuttle vehicles into the Aberdare National Park – to the tree hotel for a night of game viewing, from the Lodge precincts.

Day 3 : Aberdare National Park – Samburu National Reserve

After breakfast, drive to Samburu National Reserve, arriving on time for Lunch. Samburu Reserve is a unique wildlife conservation haven famous for an abundance of rare species of animals such as the Grevy Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk and the Beisa Oryx. The reserve is also home to a population of close to 900 Elephants. Proceed for an evening game drive, and overnight at Samburu.

Day 4 : Samburu National Reserve

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the park. Samburu as a wildlife eco system now also comprises a number of conservancies and group ranches bordering the main reserve such as the Kalama Conservancy, West Gate Community Conservancy and Namunyak Wildlife Conservancy. Samburu Reserve is considered among the best wildlife reserves not just in Kenya but also in Africa.

Day 5 : Samburu National Reserve – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha. Located in Nakuru County, Lake Naivasha is a large freshwater lake which sits just outside the town of Naivasha. Situated at an elevation of 1,884m, Lake Naivasha is the highest lake within the Great Rift Valley.

Day 6 : Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara

After breakfast depart to Masai Mara, drive via Narok (the major Masai Administrative center) to one of the stellar events of our safari- The Masai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya’s most precious wildlife sanctuary. This is big game country and long famed as one of Africa’s greatest concentrations of game. Plains games are found here in staggering numbers, which in turn supports a tremendous predator population. Transfer to Hotel, proceed for evening game drive. Overnight at Masai Mara.

Day 7 : Masai Mara

Your schedule today includes pre-breakfast and late afternoon game drives. Traveling across the savannah, you’ll rendezvous with the Mara residents- herds of Buffalo wildebeest, hartebeest, impala, and gazelle. The Masai Mara is the northern-most extremity of the great Serengeti ecosystem. Here, black Rhino browse among dense thorn bushes and herds of giraffe and elephant roam the woodlands. Nestled under canvas, tonight you’ll dream of all the wonders of Africa, Overnight at Mara.

Kenya tourist visa is issued as an e-Visa, and the process is completed online.

Payment Terms :

40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
The Package rates are based on a group of 6 passengers and are subject to change depending on the final group size.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.
