Day 1 : Welcome to Singapore!!! - City Tour of Singapore with MBS Sky Park

Welcome to Singapore!!! – a Lion City!!! On arrival proceed to immigration formalities. Later, meet & greet by our Local Representative / Tour manager. Later, Sit back in the comfort of your coach, as we going to explore the city, we see Suntec City, Fountain of Wealth, City Hall, Orchard Road, Swissotel the Stamford – the tallest hotel in Singapore, Parliament House, The Esplanade and take a Photo stop at Merlion – Symbol of Singapore, visit Buddha Tooth Relic Temple in Chinatown, followed by Singapore Flyer – at a height of 165m, is one of the world’s largest Giant Observation Wheel and also one of Asia’s biggest tourist attractions. You will be able to feast your eyes on iconic and historical sites from Marina Bay to the Singapore River, such as Raffles Place, Merlion Park, Empress Place and the Padang. Day 2 : Sentosa Island

After an American Breakfast at Hotel, this morning is free for leisure. After Lunch you will experience one of the highlights of your tour – Sentosa Island – Asia’s Favorite Playground, known for its idyllic beaches and array of exciting activities! Visit S.E.A. Aquarium – one of the largest Aquariums in the world, home to more than 100,000 aquatic animals over 1000 species. Later, we take Sentosa Express a monorail line connecting Sentosa island for Visit Madame Tussauds wax Museum. It features many wax figures of notable political icons, famous superstars, and sports icons. Afterwards, head to the Images of Singapore show, an award-winning historical museum centered on the culture and history of Singapore. Surround yourself with the scents of plants, giant palms, and an abundance of vegetation from the tropical jungle on the Spirit of Singapore boat ride — all within the comfort of the museum. Cap things off with a visit to the Marvel 4D Experience, where you can rub elbows with all your favorite heroes. Embark on an adventure at Sentosa 4D Adventureland where four different rides bring you face-to-face with the different effects of 4D technology. Hop in the driver seat of our unique 3-wheeled Luge carts and let gravity do the rest. After an American Breakfast, morning is free for leisure. In evening, Visit Gardens by the Bay is a nature park spanning 101 hectares (250 acres) in the Central Region of Singapore, adjacent to the Marina Reservoir. We will visit two domes – Flower Dome – Gigantic air-conditioned glass greenhouse offering themed gardens with many exotic plants and Cloud Forest Dome – Lush vegetation of the tropical highlands & a tall waterfall in a soaring, contemporary greenhouse. Day 5 : Singapore – Kuala Lumpur (Approx. 360km // 06 HRS) On Route Putrajaya Tour

After an American Breakfast, Check out from Hotel. Today we travel to Kuala Lumpur by coach. During our journey we clear Singapore & Malaysia Immigration. Later, meet & greet by our Local Representative at Malaysia Immigration and sit back in the comfort of your coach as we drive you to Kuala Lumpur – a federal territory, the capital city and the largest city of Malaysia. En Route we visit Putrajaya – is a planned city and the federal administrative Centre of the Malaysian capital, where we visit Putra Mosque – made from rose-colored granite with a pink dome. Nearby is the immense, green-domed Perdana Putra, which contains the prime minister’s office complex. Also visit The Seri Wawasan Bridge – This futuristic asymmetric cable-stayed bridge with a forward-inclined pylon has a sailing ship appearance, accented at night with changeable color lighting. After An American Breakfast At Hotel, Today We Explore Sunway Lagoon Theme Park – A Day Of Fun And Adventure For The Family. Water Slides That Whirl And Twirl, A Manmade ‘River’ Ride, A Surf Beach, A Wave Pool, A 360° Revolving Pirate Ship… The List Of Fun Attractions At The 80-Acre Park Is Extensive. Built On The Site Of A Former Tin Mine And Quarry, When It First Opened The Highlights Of This Multi-Zone Theme Park Were Its Water Slides And The World’s Largest Manmade Surf Beach. These Days, It Has Expanded And Encompasses A Total Of Six Different Zones – The Water Park, Scream Park, Amusement Park, Extreme Park, And Wildlife Park & Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon. Today We going to explore Kuala Lumpur city, we see the King’s Palace – Istana Negara is Malaysia’s National Palace, Dataran Merdeka Square – a centerpiece of the tallest flagpole in the world (95m) proudly displaying the Jalur Gemilang (Malaysian flag), National Mosque, National Monument – is a memorial that stands in tribute to the Malaysians who fought and died for Malaysia, Cricket Field and High Court Building, And the Famous ‘Petronas Twin Towers Photo Stop. Followed by the magnificent Menara tower – visit to Observatory Deck of the K. L. Tower which gives a marvelous view of the city. After that we visit chocolate outlets. Later, Proceed to Genting Highlands, En Route visit Batu Caves, Temple of Lord Kartikey – a leading Hindu Shrine in Malaysia in order to reach to the caves, one has to climb 272 steps. This 100-year-old temple features idols and statues erected inside the main caves and around it. Incorporated with interior limestone formations said to be around 400 million years old, the temple is considered an important religious landmark by Hindus. TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Best Voyage Pvt Ltd. The User Understands And Agrees That Best Voyage Pvt Ltd, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
