Day 1 : Arrive At Narita International Airport, Check In To Hotel

After completing your immigration, you will meet our representative. Transfer to your Hotel. Check in into Hotel. Overnight at Tokyo Hotel.

Check in time is 04:00 pm

Below Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date.
The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing.
Breakfast in the hotel will be as per hotel policy either Japanese/ Korean / Continental.
There might be a 4 or 5 Packed Meals during the tour due to time constraints.
Jain Meals means no onion, no garlic & no potato.
For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before the group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only.
Group Transfers will be at 07:30 pm from Narita Airport from Terminal 2 as majority passengers will come to Narita Airport. If you arrive at a different Terminal then you will have to come to Terminal 2 on your own.
We provide arrival and departure only 1 airport transfers for group. For any other arrival and departure transfers additional cost will be applicable.
If Flight timing differs from our group timings, then transfers need to arrange on your own in a taxi to a hotel or vice versa. Please check flight timing with us before booking.
Porter services are not available in Japan due to manpower shortage. So we insist you to carry luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Passengers have to handle their luggage on their own.
Please carry 20 KG weight per person (one bag only) in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag.
Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction or tour, there will be no refund.

Day 2 : Visit Asakusa Temple, Tokyo Sky Tree Observatory Deck (350 Meters Observatory Deck), Teamlab Planet and Ginza Street

Morning after Breakfast, depart to visit one of the most iconic place of Tokyo – Asakusa Temple. Asakusa Temple. Asakusa Temple is Buddhist Temple located in Asakusa. It’s one of Tokyo’s most colorful and popular temples. Later you will visit a shopping street of over 200 meters, called Nakamise, which leads from the outer gate to the temple’s second gate, the Hozomon. Later you will visit the Tokyo Sky Tree. Tokyo Sky Tree is a broadcasting tower landmark of Tokyo. Later we will move to visit Team Lab. Team lab is a museum where you walk through water and a garden where you become one with flowers. Enjoy Free time at Ginza Street – Tokyo’s most famous upmarket shopping, dining and entertainment district, featuring numerous department stores, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, night clubs and cafes. Day 3 : Enjoy Hakone Ropeway, Enjoy Lake Ashi Cruise And Depart For Matsumoto

Morning after breakfast, you will check out from the hotel. You will depart to visit Lake Ashi Cruise. Lake Ashi provides a beautiful view of Lake Ashi, a lake formed in the caldera of Mount Hakone after the Volcano’s last eruption 3000 years ago. After this, we will enjoy Hakone Ropeway. The Observation platform offers breathtaking views of Owakudani, Hakone most famous tourist spot. Travel to Matsumoto by Road. Dinner in a Restaurant. Check in to the hotel. Overnight In Matsumoto Hotel.

Day 4 : Enjoy Alpine Tour

Morning after breakfast, you will checkout from the hotel and depart to enjoy the Alpine Tour. Today we experience a scenic stroll along the Kurobe Dam which is Japan’s largest arch dam. Later we proceed for Alpine route – which is famous for the high snow walls/ snow corridors. Journey of this route starts from Tateyama Station and involves many modes of transportation such as cable car, highland local bus, trolley bus, and ropeway and tunnel trolley bus. Dinner in a Restaurant. Check in to the hotel. Overnight in Toyama Hotel.

Day 5 : Visit The Shirakawa – Go Village, Nabano Sato

Morning after breakfast, you will check out from the hotel. You will visit one of the most unique and best photo place Shirakawa Village. It is one of UNESCO World Heritage Site. Shirakawa is noted as one of the snowiest place in Japan. Later you will visit Nabana no Sato. The Nabana no Sato Flower Park is an impressive sight in all four seasons. Dinner in a Restaurant. Check in to the hotel. Overnight in Nagoya Hotel.

Day 6 : Visit S G Maglev Museum, Dotonbori Area

Morning after breakfast, you will check out from the hotel. Depart to visit the S G Maglev Park. The museum features 39 full-sized railway vehicles and one bus exhibit, train cab stimulators and railway model dioramas. After lunch, Depart for Osaka and you have free time at Dotonbori Street. Dinner in a Restaurant. Check-in into hotel. Overnight in Osaka or Kyoto or Kobe Hotel. .

Day 7 : Day Trip To Hiroshima By Bullet Train

Morning after breakfast, you will depart for Hiroshima by Bullet Train. Once you will reach Hiroshima you will visit you will visit Peace Memorial Park. Hiroshima as the first city in the world to suffer a nuclear attack at the end of World War II. And to the memories of the bomb’s direct and indirect victims. Next stop we will visit Atomic Bomb Dome, after lunch you will visit Miyajima Island. To reach Miyajima Island we will take a ferry & reach to the island. Here you will visit Itsukushima Shrine. Itsukushima Shrine is the source of both the island’s fame and its name. The Shrine and its tori gate are unique for being built over water, seemingly floating in the sea during high tide. Dinner in a Restaurant. Travel back to Osaka or Kyoto by Bullet Train. Overnight in Osaka or Kyoto or Kobe Hotel.

Morning after breakfast, depart for Kinkakuji Temple also known as Golden Temple, is a zen Buddhist temple in Kyoto. Later visit Arashiyama Bamboo Groove. Arashiyama Bamboo Groove is one of Kyoto’s top sights. And last visit Fushimi Inari Taisha. Fushimi Inari Shrine is an important Shinto shrine in southern Kyoto. It is famous for its thousands of vermilion tori gates, which straddle a network of trails behind its main building. Dinner in a Restaurant. Overnight in Osaka or Kyoto or Kobe Hotel.

Day 9 : Visit Todaiji Temple, Kimono Wearing Experience

Morning after breakfast, Check out from Hotel and you will depart to visit Nara. First you will visit Todaiji Temple. It is a beautiful temple complex that was once one of the powerful seven great temples. Later experience the Kimono wearing where you get to experience traditional Japanese attire. Dinner in a Restaurant. Check into Osaka Airport Hotel and Overnight in Osaka or Kyoto or Kobe Hotel.

Day 10 : Check Out From Osaka And Flight To Busan - Visit Gamcheon Cultural Village And Arte Museum

You will check out from the hotel and depart for the airport. Arrive at Busan Airport and visit Gamcheon Cultural Village. Gamcheon Culture Village is a town within Gamcheon dong Saha district, Busan. The area is known for its layered streets, twisted labyrinth like alleys, and brightly painted houses, which have been restored and enhanced in recent years to attract tourism. Later Visit Arte Museum, it is an immersive media art exhibition hall. Later Dinner at Restaurant. Check into Hotel. Overnight in Busan.

Day 11 : Visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Haeundae Sky Capsule (One Way), Haeundae Beach And Oryukdo Sky Walk

Morning after breakfast, Visit Haedong Yonggung Temple is a Buddhist temple in Gijang-gun, Busan, South Korea. The temple claims it was first built in 1376, although this claim has been disputed. The temple complex is a large one and one of few in Korea to be set on the seaside. After that you will visit Haeundae Beach. Haeundae Sky Capsule, operating along the old Donghae Nambu Railway Line are the latest and most popular attractions in Haeundae. Hidden in their limelight is the beautiful coastal walking trail, Busan Green Railway that runs parallel to the railway. Later visit the Oryukdo Sky Walk. The sky walk is a 15 metre horseshoe shaped glass bridge overlooking the ocean and some amazing cliff. The bridge features a see through floor and you can look down directly at the 35 meter cliff that sky walk is perched on. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight in Busan.

Day 12 : Check Out From The Hotel, Depart For Your Flight To Seoul, Visit Changing Royal Guard Ceremony, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Hanbok Wearing, Myeongdong Market And Nanta Show

Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart for the airport to take your flight to Seoul. We start the day by visiting Changing Royal Guard Ceremony. The changing of the Royal guards ceremony at Gyeongbokgung palace should definitely be on the must see list. This tradition has been performed for centuries in Korea and is a symbol of the nation’s rich culture and history. And experience Hanbok wearing, it is the traditional clothing of the Korean people. Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace. Gyeongbokgung palace, was the main royal palace of the Joseon dynasty. Built in 1395, it is located in northern seoul. The largest of the five grand palaces built by the Joseon Dynasty, Gyeongbokgung served as the home of the Royal family and the seat of government. The Bukchon Hanok Village is a residential neighbourhood in the Jongno district. It has many restored traditional houses, called Hanok. This has made it a popular tourist destination. Day 13 : Enjoy Dmz Tour And Namsan Cable Car

orning after breakfast, you will depart for DMZ Tour (Subject to Operation). Travel to Korean Demilitarized Zone to see the border that divides north and South Korea on this guided adventure from Seoul. Learn about the troubled history of the country, from the time of the Korea war to modern day. Visit Imjingak Park, the Freedom Bridge, the Third Infiltration tunnel and the DMZ Museum. Look across the DMZ into North Korea from the Dora Observatory. Later we visit the The Namsan cable car and It is an aerial tramway in Seoul, South Korea. Built in 1962, it spans from the Hoehyeon-dong platform to the Yejang-dong platform near the top of the mountain Namsan and the N Seoul Tower. It is the first commercial cable car service for passengers in Korea. Dinner at a Local Restaurant. Overnight in Seoul Hotel.

Morning after breakfast, you start the day by visiting the Nami Island. Nami Island is one of the best tourist destination near Seoul. Beautiful tree lanes, woodlands, riverside walks, and many more. Later visit the Coex Mall, where Starfield Library offers visitors a perfect reading space. The two level library has 13 meter tall bookshelfs and soft lights to ease the eyes as well as various types of tables. Dinner at a Local Restaurant. Overnight in Seoul Hotel.

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.
