Day 1 : Arrival In London

Welcome to London to start your exciting journey through Europe with us. London is truly a Global City. It is the largest city of Europe housing over 6 million people. This 2000 years old multicultural city will surely leave you spellbound. After meeting our representative at the airport, transfer to your hotel for Check in. (Please note that standard check in time is 1600 Hrs) Freshen up and then transfer to City Center. Enjoy some free time in the city (if time permits). Dinner at Restaurant. Drive back to the Hotel. Overnight accommodation in London.

Tour manager may meet the group at the exit after Baggage Claim area or at the hotel if there are multiple arrivals. However, either the tour manager or the local representative will be there at airport to transfer you comfortably to your hotel.
Passengers who are not arriving in London with similar timings to Group, Transfer will be arranged but one will have to check themselves in the Hotel. (Transfer will only be provided if minimum of 2 persons traveling together at the time of arrival. Additional Charges applicable for single person’s transfer)

Day 2 : London

After breakfast, transfer to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum where you can take photograph with your favourite politicians, actors, pop stars, sports heroes & many famous personalities. Lunch at Restaurant. After Lunch, depart for a Guided City tour exploring main Landmarks of London like Hyde Park, Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, Thames River and Buckingham Palace. Later transfer to enjoy the Ride on London Eye, which is one of the tallest structures of London. On a clear day you can have a breath-taking view of the city and up to 40 kms around. Dinner at Restaurant. Drive back to the Hotel. Overnight accommodation in London.

Day 3 : London – Ferry Or Le Shuttle (Eurotunnel) – Paris

After breakfast check out & depart to Dover to board Le Shuttle (Eurotunnel) or Ferry for Calais. Reach Calais & drive to Paris. Packed Lunch Enroute. Arrive in Paris – the most romantic city of Europe. Be charmed by its magnificent avenues, cozy cafe life and unparalleled art scene. Arrive and drive to the Restaurant for Dinner. Overnight in Paris.

Day 4 : Paris

After breakfast, drive to pier to experience the Seine River Cruise. Later enjoy Lunch at Restaurant. After lunch, visit the Eiffel Tower – 3rd Level for a bird’s eye view of the beautiful city of Paris. Dinner at Restaurant. After Dinner depart for Illumination Tour of Eiffel Tower. On this tour we depart on a magical and magnificent City Orientation Tour of Paris to enjoy its beautiful Parisian buildings & Landmarks of the City. Pass by the magnificent landmarks of Paris such as Arc De Triomphe, Concorde Square, the Invalides, the Alexander Bridge, the Opera House and Champs Elysees. The tour will end with Illuminations at Eiffel Tower. Drive back to the Hotel. Overnight in Paris.

For Eiffel Tower 3rd Level entrance all passengers must queue up. This queue may last up to 2-3 hours.
Eiffel Tower Illuminations are subject to weather conditions and Eiffel Tower policies.
If Eiffel Tower 3rd floor is closed due to any reason refund of Euro 13 Adult / Child Euro 3.20 will be provided.
Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction or tour, there will be no refund.

Day 5 : Paris

After breakfast at the hotel get ready for fun filled day at Disneyland Paris. Meal Coupon. Your ticket entitles you either for Walt Disney Studios where you can discover the magical world of cinema and television at Walt Disney Studios Park. Explore 4 cinemagical studio featuring lots of thrilling attractions and spectacular shows OR Disneyland Park which explores 5 themed lands filled with Disney classic attractions, shows, exciting and adventurous rides and fairytales characters. Return to Paris. Dinner at Restaurant. Transfer back to Hotel and Overnight in Paris.

Disney tickets enables 1 Day 1 Park (either park or studio) only.
If Disneyland is falling in Blackout period or due to non-availability if we are unable to do Disneyland Paris EUR 60.00 per adult and EUR 50.00 per child will be refunded or alternate sightseeing may be offered.

Day 6 : Paris – Brussels/Antwerp

After Breakfast check out and proceed for Brussels. Arrive and Lunch at Restaurant. After Lunch, visit Mini Europe. Mini Europe is a miniature park at the foot of Atomium. It has monuments at a scale of 1:25 on display. Later depart for the Orientation Tour of Brussels where you will visit the magnificent Grand Place and the very famous Manneken Pis Statue. Evening Dinner at Restaurant. After Dinner, drive to the hotel. Check in and overnight in Brussels/Antwerp.

Day 7 : Day Trip To Amsterdam

After lunch, enjoy free time at Dam Square. Later drive back to Brussels/Antwerp. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight in Brussels/Antwerp.

Itinerary after 11th May

After breakfast, depart to Amsterdam. Arrive and Visit Zaanse Schans. Zaanse Schans – is one of the most picturesque and popular attractions in the Netherlands — a charming open-air museum village located near Zaandam. Lunch at Restaurant. After lunch, Free time at Dam Square. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight in Brussels/Antwerp.

Day 8 : Brussels/Antwerp – Cologne – Boppard - ST. GOAR - Mannheim/Heppenheim

After morning breakfast check out and drive to Cologne, Germany. Visit the famous Cologne Cathedral famous for its Gothic Architecture. Lunch at Restaurant. After Lunch, drive to Germany, to board a romantic Cruise on Rhine River. While cruising down the Rhine you will be able to see slopes covered with vineyards, unique churches and beautiful castles. The river Rhine is one of Europe’s major navigable rivers. Later depart to restaurant for Dinner. Overnight in Heppenheim/Mannheim.

Day 9 : Mannheim/Heppenheim – Titisee – Rhine Falls - Engelberg/Central Switzerland Area

After Breakfast check out and depart for Blackforest. Visit Lake Titisee- It is the heart of Black Forest surrounded by dark fir forest, fairytale woods and flowering meadows. Lunch at Restaurant. Enjoy free time on Lake Titisee. Later drive to Rhine Falls. Arrive and visit the magnificent Rhine Falls -One of the largest waterfalls in Europe which drops 23m (75ft) here. Then drive to Engelberg. Dinner at Restaurant. Check in and Overnight in Engelberg/Central Switzerland Area.

Day 10 : Engelberg/Central Switzerland Area – Jungfrau – Engelberg/Central Switzerland Area

After Breakfast we depart to visit Jungfrau (This Is included) Arrive and proceed to station to board the Eigher Express followed by an Impressive Journey with the Jungfrau Railway to the Europe’s Highest altitude Railway Station On the Jungfraujoch. The world of eternal ice and snow, located at 3454 meters. Located on the top – Alpine sensation-A 360° cinema has been built in the Sphinx Hall. A film carries visitors into the High-Alpine world surrounding the Jungfraujoch. Visit the Ice Palace and marvel at some of the unique Ice Sculptures and the Sphinx Terrace to have amazing views of Jungfrau region. Lunch on top. Return and brief free time in the city. Return and Drive back to Engelberg. Dinner at Restaurant. and Overnight in Engelberg/Central Switzerland Area.

Day 11 : Engelberg/Central Switzerland Area – Titlis – Lucerne – Lausanne/Central Switzerland Area

After breakfast, Check out and transfer to Titlis Cable Car Station for an exciting excursion to Mt. Titlis with Ice Flyer. Marvel at the world’s first revolving cable car ride which will take you at the height of 3020 meters, will sure leave you spellbound. Take a ride on Ice Flyer (depending on weather conditions) to Glacier Park where you can enjoy amazing snow activities on top. Don’t miss a walk on one of the highest suspension bridge in the world which is 10,000 feet above sea level. Enjoy Indian Lunch on top. Afterwards drive to Lucerne. Arrive and Depart for Orientation Tour of Lucerne. Visit the Lion Monument and the Kappel Brucke Wooden Bridge. Enjoy some free time (if time permits). Then drive to Lausanne. Dinner at Restaurant. Enjoy a photo stop at this beautiful town which holds a tribute to Charlie Chaplin Statue. Then drive to Broc. Visit Nestle Cailler Chocolate Factory – Where all your senses can be immersed in the wonderful world of Cailler chocolate. Later drive to Bern – the Capital City of Switzerland. Lunch at Restaurant. Enjoy the Walking City Tour of Bern which still retains its old-world charm in The Clock Tower, the Parliament Buildings, Market Gasse and Gothic Fountains. Our guide will walk you through the island to see the main attractions such as St. Marks Basilica, The Doge’s Palace, the Campanile and the Bridge of Sighs. After finishing the tour, we take Vaporetto back to Pier. Later transfer to the Restaurant for Dinner. After dinner transfer to your hotel. Check in and overnight in Padova.

Then we depart for Guided City Tour of Rome covering main landmarks like Victor Emmanuel Monument, the Roman Forum (Outside), Circus Maximus and many more historic sites. Next visit Colosseum (Outside), a vast amphitheater known for its Gladiator Fights. Later drive back to Arezzo. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight in Arezzo.

Note :
- All documents are must be English language and if not then translate it from local language to English.
- We will take 3 to 4 days to check your documents and we will inform you pending documents if any. After completion of all documents we will start filling online visa form.
- Before finalize your visa application form we will E-mail you visa forms to check & after your confirmation in email, we will book a suitable appointment for fingerprint & Submission.
- MOST IMPORTANT: Once Form is submitted online, we cannot make Any Changes in Visa Forms.
- Before appointment, we will handover prepared application to the applicant and explain process of submission at Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Office only.
- On the day of appointment, All applicants including child have to visit VFS center for process of Biometric (10 fingers scan and digital Photo) and for that fingers must not be coloured with HINA (Mehdi) or any cuts or bandaged on fingers. Or else applicant will not be able to completed Biometric formalities and he/she has to visit VFS center again with additional cost of appointment.
- Visa issuance is sole responsibility of British High Commission;Shree Swaminarayan Tourism is not responsible for any rejection/refusal or delay in visa process.
- We are not responsible for missing/damage of any documents during visa formalities.
- Applicants are requested to check their all documents after handover by us.
- British High Commission may ask for personal interview to Mumbai/Delhi and for that you need to go by yours self,Shree Swaminarayan Tourism will not going to pay anything for that.
- In case if you want to cancel your appointment for finger print, you have to inform us before 5 days of your appointment date otherwise you will not get refund of your fees.
- British High Commission is giving 10 years ban if you provide any false information or submitting false or dummy documents.
Courier service, SMS service, Premium Lounge, Priority Service etc are available at VFS center with additional cost paid directly at VFS.
Normal Process Time : 15 working days to 1 month after personal submission at the VFS UK.

Overseas medical policy :
- Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro per person, the insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory, minimum 15 days insurance is mandatory from the travel date
Note :
- For Schengen visa process all the necessary documents should be in Photocopy except those documents which are asked in Original.
- All visa applicants irrespective of nationality who applied for Schengen visa should come personally at local VFS office to give mandatory fingerprint formality which is long time consuming in tourist pick season. On the day of submission your all fingers must be clear from HINA (Mehdi), cuts etc.
- If Biometric is given after 2nd November 2015 then we can submit yourapplication on behalf of applicant. But if you data could fetch byEmbassy/Consulate then they may ask to give biometrics again.
- Granting Visas is sole discretion of Consulates / Embassy, subject to the documents submitted. We are facilitators in the process. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism is not held responsible for rejection or delay in getting visas / passports from said Consulate / Embassy.
- No documents will be return back by Embassy/Consulate after visa process.
- Must declare rejection if rejected in any country in last 10 years and mention rejection year and category of visa of Rejected country.
- All applicants have to pay visa fees, VFS charge & courier charge in cash at local VFS-centre.
- If passenger is having passport with any observation regarding Data page then Affidavit and Paper advertisement in English are mandatory.
- All documents must in A4 size and English.

In case of travel to more than one Schengen country, please submit your application to the Embassy / Consulate where you will be staying for the maximum number of days. In case of equal stay, one has to apply at the Schengen country which is the first port of entry.

If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961.
SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM The User Understands And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”

- We Can Not Make Seat Selection In Group Tour From Our End If Guest Wants To Seats Together Guest Have To Inform At Boarding Counter At Airport For Same.
- The Internal Airline Used Are LCC, No Food Will Be Served On Board. It Allows Only 20 Kg Check In Luggage And 07 Kg Cabin Luggage. Excess Baggage Charged Will Be Bear By Guest .

- Incase Of Coach Breakdown Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Will Do Their Best Effort To Fix The Problem As Soon As Possible. But Make Sure There Will Be No Refund For Inconvenience Cause.
- Request To All Guest Please Don’t Leave Any Unattended Item In Vehicle While Leaving The Vehicle. We Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Are Not Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage.
