Day 1 : Welcome to Hawaii

Welcome to Hawaii! Oahu is a mix of natural, historical and cultural experiences. You’ll enjoy Waikiki beach and the picturesque Pali lookout to name a few points of interest. Overnight in hotel.

Day 2 : USS Missouri

Today you will take a tour to visit USS Missouri, Arizona Memorial, and Pearl Harbor. Travel from Pearl Harbor, where the surprise Japanese military strike in 1941 led to the United States entering World War II. Then explore downtown historic Honolulu.

Day 3 : Ultimate Circle Island Tour with Waimea Waterfall

Today you will go on the Ultimate Circle Island Tour with Waimea Waterfall. Visit the Waimea Valley with stunning natural surroundings, thundering waterfalls.

Today you will have a complete day free for leisure to explore the trendy Waikiki beach or do roam around and feast yourself by doing shopping.

Today you will get on a plane to transfer to Kauai (flight ticket not included). Welcome to Kauai. Discover 50-miles of heavenly beaches & the charming historic small towns with no building taller than a coconut tree. You will check into your hotel and have the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 6 : Kauai

Today you will go on a Kauai Waimea Canyon Experience. Today you will enjoy a day filled with the lush beauty, legends and saga of Hawaii’s “Garden Isle.” Then go for a river boat cruise on Wailua River, sail up this historic & sacred river.

Day 7 : Kauai

Today you will board a plane to Maui. Welcome to Maui. From the seaside streets of Lahaina, the lovely beaches of Kaanapali, over 120-miles of beaches, the arts & culture of Kahului and one of the best places to whale watch in the world. You will check into your hotel & have the rest of the day at your leisure.

Today you will go on the Hana Rainforest Adventure Tour. You will see Paia Town which is the “surf capital of the world,”,Kaumahina State Park,the black sand on an ancient lava flow includes sea cliffs Waianapanap State Park.

40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”

- The Internal Airline Used Are LCC, No Food Will Be Served On Board. It Allows Only 20 Kg Check In Luggage And 07 Kg Cabin Luggage. Excess Baggage Charged Will Be Bear By Guest .

- Incase Of Coach Breakdown Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Will Do Their Best Effort To Fix The Problem As Soon As Possible. But Make Sure There Will Be No Refund For Inconvenience Cause.
- Request To All Guest Please Don’t Leave Any Unattended Item In Vehicle While Leaving The Vehicle. We Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Are Not Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage.
- There Is No Specific Seat Allocation. Will Be Allocate First Cum First Serve Basis.
