Day 1 : Arrive - Orlando

Arrive Orlando – the world’s theme park capital. After the custom formalities, proceed towards the meeting point outside the baggage hall. Transfer to our hotel on your own and check in. Your tour manager will meet at the hotel once he arrives. Later in the evening, transfer to the Indian restaurant for dinner. Overnight at hotel.Overnight stay in Orlando.

Day 2 : Orlando – Disney’s Magic Kingdom

After breakfast depart for Magic kingdom. Disney’s Magic Kingdom theme park is one of 4 Theme Parks in Walt Disney World Resort which captures the enchantment of fairy tales with exciting entertainment, classic attractions, backstage tours and beloved Disney Characters.

Get swept up in the spectacle of splendid parade at Magic Kingdom theme park—it’s here that dreams come true for all. Late evening, transfer to Indian restaurant for dinner. Overnight in hotel.

Day 3 : Orlando– Sea World

Today morning after breakfast, transfer to Sea World. A visit to this premier Marine Adventure Park will change your views about the sea and sea life forever.

Day 4 : Orlando - Kennedy Space Centre

Today morning breakfast&Later, transfer to NASA Kennedy Space Centre. Visit the Apollo/Saturn V Center, where the incredible accomplishments of the Apollo moon program return to life. Later, go for the IMAX theaters, where you can feel the thrill of space exploration on five-story screens as you “float” alongside NASA astronauts.

Go for the interactive space flight simulators at the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame. Then enjoy the shuttle launch experience and feel the thrill of the space exploration. Later transfer for dinner. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 5 : Orlando – Niagara Falls USA

After breakfast transfer to airport for your flight to Buffalo. Arrive Buffalo. Transfer to Niagara Falls USA. When you reach Niagara Falls! WOW! You won’t be able to keep the word from your lips at Niagara Falls. There are dozens of taller waterfalls in the world, but in terms of sheer volume these falls are unbeatable: more than a million bathtubs of water plummet over the edge every second from the falls. Hotel check in. Overnight at hotel in Niagara.

Day 6 : Niagara Falls Usa - Maid Of The Mist – Cave Of The Winds

After breakfast in the morning, transfer for the breathtaking ‘Maid of the Mist’ boat ride (Weather permitting). View the thundering Hose Shoe Falls along with the American, and the Bridal Veil falls. (Due to weather conditions, this ride operates from the last week of May).

Later enjoy the Cave of the Winds (Weather Permitting). Soak up the experience of being closer to the waters of Niagara Falls than you thought possible, on a spectacular Niagara Falls tour. You can also visit the optional activities on your own. Overnight at hotel in Niagara.

Day 7 : Niagara Falls Usa – Hershey’s Chocolate World – Washington Dc

After breakfast, check out and depart for Washington DC.

Day 8 : Washington D.c. – City Tour – Smithsonian National Air And Spacemuseum – New Jersey

Later, visit the famous Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, home to the world’s largest collection of historic aircraft and spacecraft. Day 9 : New Jersey – New York- Statue Of Liberty – City Tour- Empire State Building 86th Floor Observatory

After breakfast, depart for Statue of Liberty tour. Board the cruise and set sail for Liberty Island for the close view of the Statue of Liberty.

More than any other building in the world, the Empire State Building represents the ambition of humans to build towers that reach for the skies. Visit the 86th Floor Observatory of the Empire State Building for a bird’s-eye view of the city.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
