Welcome to Australia!!! Arrive in Sydney – known as the Australia’s largest & most internationally recognized city with multicultural atmosphere & dynamic lifestyle it is often considered the heart of Australia.

Today Morning after breakfast, proceed for guided tour at Opera House from Inside is just fascinating with a hub of creativity, performance and culture. The open air Star Deck is the place to be, should you prefer to watch all the action from our enormous picture windows.

Later, depart for the City Orientation tour of Sydney. Explore the beautiful beaches and famous harbor sites of Sydney. Discover the tempo of the city as you explore Sydney, capture the beauty and lifestyle of the harbor city from specially selected vantage points. Visit the world’s famous Bondi Beach.

In the evening you will get a chance to witness the beautiful lights of the vivid Sydney festival where you can see the colorful illuminations on the famous landmarks like Sydney opera house and harbor bridge.

After breakfast, fly fromGold Coast/ Brisbane to Cairns – known as the Gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, one of the world’s most spectacular natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The region of Cairns is home to the iconic Great Barrier Reef and Wet Tropics World Heritage Rainforest, but the city of Cairns itself is also a must-visit. You’ll find brilliant cafés, bustling markets and plenty of beaches nearby.

Upon arrival, proceed to Kuranda Village by taking Sky Rail enjoying a bird’s eye view of pristine World Heritage Rainforest with stops at Barron Falls and Red Pak stations, explore the village including the famous Kuranda markets. Later transfer to hotel, check in & overnight at hotel.

Today morning after breakfast, take a walk to Ferry terminal for full day Big Cat Green Cruise to beautiful Coral Island. One of the natural wonders of the world.

The Big Cat catamarans for a full day cruise on the Barrier Reef to Green Island. You have five and a half hours on Green Island to take part in the many activities or simply relax on the beach.

Enjoy the Semi Submarine and Glass Bottom Boat, later go for swimming at the beach. Overnight at hotel.

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

  • TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
  • 5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
  • (INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. 
  • If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
  • As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
  • In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
  • Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
  • On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
  • Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
  • Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
  • The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
  • The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
  • The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage.
