Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival in Bali

On arrival at Bali International Airport, pickup and transfer to the hotel. After check-in and some rest, the day is planned for local orientation to get familiar with Bali’s surroundings. Evening is free to explore nearby areas or the beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 : Kintamani Volcano & Ubud Tour

After breakfast, proceed for full-day sightseeing starting with Tegalalang Rice Terrace and a coffee plantation visit. Later, enjoy the scenic Kintamani Volcano viewpoint overlooking Mount Batur and Lake Batur. The tour continues to Ubud Village with time for shopping at Ubud Art Market and an outside view of Ubud Palace. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay.

Day 3 : Bali Safari and Marine Park

After breakfast, visit Bali Safari and Marine Park, one of the main attractions of the island, including the safari journey and animal shows as per schedule. Any premium activities or photo sessions inside the park will be at additional cost. Return to the hotel by afternoon. Evening free. Overnight stay.

Day 4 : Tanjung Benoa Water Sports & Tanah Lot Temple

After breakfast, proceed to Tanjung Benoa Beach for water sports. One basic water activity is included, while other activities like jet ski or parasailing can be done at additional cost. Later, visit the famous Tanah Lot Temple, known for its beautiful sea views. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay.

Day 5 : Central Bali Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for Central Bali sightseeing covering Tirta Empul Temple and Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave). Time will also be given for local shopping and handicrafts. Optional activities like Bali Swing or spa can be arranged at additional cost. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 6 : Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to the airport by private transfer for your return journey, carrying beautiful memories of Bali.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”

- We Can Not Make Seat Selection In Group Tour From Our End If Guest Wants To Seats Together Guest Have To Inform At Boarding Counter At Airport For Same.
- The Internal Airline Used Are LCC, No Food Will Be Served On Board. It Allows Only 20 Kg Check In Luggage And 07 Kg Cabin Luggage. Excess Baggage Charged Will Be Bear By Guest .

- There Will Be American Or Continental Breakfast Serve At The Hotel And Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Cannot Make Any Changes In The Breakfast.
- Lunch/Dinner Wherever Provided On Tour Is Pre-Set Menus By The Restaurants. The Meal Type Selected By The Guest Such As Veg. / Non. Veg. Is Subject To Availability At Restaurants Or Airlines.

- CNB : 3 – 6 Year Child With No Bed. Please Note There Will Be No Bed For The Child In The Room.
- CWB : 6 – 11 Year With Bed. There Will Be Extra Bed For The Child In The Room.

- During Sight Seeing Driver Will Try His Best To Park As Much Closer He Can, From There Guest Has To Make His Way By Walk Or They Have To Make Their Own Transfer If Require Any.
- Incase Of Coach Breakdown Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Will Do Their Best Effort To Fix The Problem As Soon As Possible. But Make Sure There Will Be No Refund For Inconvenience Cause.
- Request To All Guest Please Don’t Leave Any Unattended Item In Vehicle While Leaving The Vehicle. We Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Are Not Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage.
- There Is No Specific Seat Allocation. Will Be Allocate First Cum First Serve Basis.

International Tour Guest Must Have To Reach Airport Before 3 Hrs. Of Departure Time.
For NRI –Passengers Staying In India For More Than 180 Days Will Have To Take Police Clearance Certificate From Commissioner Of Police For Which Shree Swaminarayn Tourism Will Not Be Responsible. Passengers Are Requested To Submit Xerox Copy Of Passport Along With Page Showing Arrival Stamp In India.
