Day 1 : Arrival in Bali

On arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, our representative will welcome you and assist with your private transfer to the hotel. After check-in, take some time to relax after your journey. The rest of the day is free to explore nearby areas, enjoy the beach, or simply relax at the hotel.

Day 2 : Tanjung Benoa Beach & Tanah Lot Templ

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing at Tanjung Benoa Beach, a popular coastal area known for water sports and beach activities. Guests can choose to enjoy water sports here at their own cost.
Later in the afternoon, visit the famous Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most photographed temples, beautifully located on a rock formation overlooking the sea. Sunset views here are truly memorable.

Day 3 : Lempuyang Temple & Tirta Gangga

After breakfast, head towards East Bali for a scenic sightseeing day. Visit Lempuyang Temple, also known as the Gate of Heaven, offering stunning views of Mount Agung.
Continue to Tirta Gangga Water Palace, a peaceful royal garden with fountains, water pools, and lush surroundings. After sightseeing, return to the hotel in the evening.

Day 4 : Ayung River Area Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed towards the Ayung River area, known for its natural beauty and green landscapes. This area is popular for white water rafting and adventure activities, which can be enjoyed at an additional cost. Guests who prefer a relaxed day can enjoy sightseeing and photography before returning to the hotel.

Day 5 : Bali Swing & Bali Nest Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit the famous Bali Swing and Bali Nest photo spots, known for breathtaking jungle and valley views. Guests can explore the area, take photos, and enjoy the surroundings. Swing rides and professional photo packages are available on extra payment.

Day 6 : Leisure Day

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”

- The Internal Airline Used Are LCC, No Food Will Be Served On Board. It Allows Only 20 Kg Check In Luggage And 07 Kg Cabin Luggage. Excess Baggage Charged Will Be Bear By Guest .

- During Sight Seeing Driver Will Try His Best To Park As Much Closer He Can, From There Guest Has To Make His Way By Walk Or They Have To Make Their Own Transfer If Require Any.
- Incase Of Coach Breakdown Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Will Do Their Best Effort To Fix The Problem As Soon As Possible. But Make Sure There Will Be No Refund For Inconvenience Cause.
- Request To All Guest Please Don’t Leave Any Unattended Item In Vehicle While Leaving The Vehicle. We Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Are Not Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage.
- There Is No Specific Seat Allocation. Will Be Allocate First Cum First Serve Basis.

For NRI –Passengers Staying In India For More Than 180 Days Will Have To Take Police Clearance Certificate From Commissioner Of Police For Which Shree Swaminarayn Tourism Will Not Be Responsible. Passengers Are Requested To Submit Xerox Copy Of Passport Along With Page Showing Arrival Stamp In India.
