Day 1 : Welcome To Tbilisi, Georgia!

Welcome to Tbilisi – Arrival in Tbilisi international airport after clearing custom & immigration procedures followed by baggage collection, you will be met by your Driver in the arrival’s hall. You will be escorted to your vehicle. Transfer to hotel 15:00 Check in at the hotel Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 2 : Tbilisi City Tour & Mtskheta

Breakfast at the hotel Tbilisi city tour which is partly a walking tour and cover following sightseeing Start with the world largest orthodox Holy Trinity cathedral, Continue to Metekhi church and monument to Vakhtang Gorgasali, the legendary founder of Tbilisi. Walk down to the district of Sulfur bath houses passing by the only mosque in Tbilisi. Stroll through the Sharden area full of narrow streets with cozy cafés, wine tasting bars, souvenir shops, and breathe in the living past. Cross the Bridge of Peace to Rike Park. There we will take Cable car to Narikala Fortress. The best place to release adrenaline, dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins and just feel happy. Charge with emotions and unforgettable memories. Day 3 : Day Trip To Ananuri & Gudauri & Kazbegi

Breakfast at the hotel Pick up from the hotel heading to Ananuri Fortress – situated on the foreland by the Aragvi River, not far from Zhinvali water reservoir and about 70 km from Tbilisi, Georgia. It was built by the Dukes of Aragvi and its earliest parts date from the 13th century. The fortress is on the UNESCO Tentative list. The fortress consists of two fortifications joined by a crenellated curtain wall. The upper fortification with a large square tower, known as Sheupovari, is well-preserved. The lower fortification, with a round tower, is mostly in ruins. Gudauri Ski Resort – is a small touristic settlement and ski mountain resort located at the altitude of 3,000m on the southern slopes of the Lesser Caucasus range of Georgia. Gudauri is situated 120 km from Tbilisi. You can reach it by the Georgian Military Road for about 2 hours by car. Once many well-known writers and poets such as: Alexander Griboedov, Alexander Pushkin, Mikhail Lermontov. We will go for the next sightseeings: Vladimir Mayakovsky and even Alexandre Dumas went by it. Gudauri Panorama, Georgia – Russia Friendship Monument. The monument was built in 1983 to commemorate 200 years’ anniversary of the Treaty of Georgievsk (1783). This agreement established Georgia as a protectorate of the Russian empire. What makes this monument so popular among tourist though, is its picturesque location and chance to take some photos that will make your friends sending dozens of questions about the location. Definitely, the right time to stretch your legs and take some fresh air. Proceed for Sightseeing-Visit Gergeti Trinity Church by delica (4X4)- located in Kazbegi municipality, 1 km from the village Gergeti, 2200 meters above sea level. It is the most popular tourist destination in Georgia. The Trinity Church of Gergeti, with its history and location. Back to the hotel Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 4 : Tbilisi To Batumi - Enroute Martvili Canyon & Prometheus Cave

Breakfast at the hotel Our first destination after 2 h drive will be Prometheus cave. We’ll go into it to learn about its history and marvel at the stalactites, stalagmites and orange, red and blue reflections – a visual spectacle! at the end of the cave road, we will take a underground boat ride to the cave. After a two-hour walk through the cave, we’ll go to the Martvili Canyon. Here we’ll see how the green of the water stands out while the waterfalls resound with force. The gorge is 700 meters long! This makes it a majestic enclave of Georgia. we will take a boat ride in the green river. Transfer to Batumi. Overnight in Batumi.

Day 5 : Tour To Batumi City Tour & Makhuntseti Water Fall

Breakfast at the hotel Traveling from places full of skyscrapers to the streets full of history and culture; from modern to aged. Once we finish our time-traveling part of the trip, we then head to the yacht club to visit Ali and Nino Famous monument. Makhuntseti Waterfall is one of the most popular waterfalls in Georgia, the waterfall “of love” is located at the Crosspoint of the Ajaristskali and Chorokhi rivers. We will proceed to the famous Queen Tamar bridge which was built in the 12th century. From there we will visit the authentic Makhuntseti village, there we can purchase the delicate products of Georgia such as: Georgian honey, chacha the sweet Churchkhela and Tklapi. Overnight in batumi.

Day 6 : Check Out From Hotel And Transfer To Uphlistsikhe Cave & Transfer To Tbilisi International Airport & Departure For Azerbaijan + Welcome To Baku, Azerbaijan

Visit Uplistsikhe – meaning “The Fortress of lord” is an ancient cave town from the 1st half of the 1st millennium BC. It was the main center of paganism and represents a complex of halls, caves, theatres, altars, pagan temples, secret tunnels, prisons, pharmacy, passages-streets all carved out of stone over an area of 4 hectares.

Day 7 : Ateshgah & Burning Mountain Tour | Hyder Aliyev Car Museum

Morning after Breakfast, you will depart for the ancient zoroastrian temple “Ateshgah” which is considered as an authentic Azerbaijani exotic site to visit. It is located approximately 30 km from the center of Baku in the suburb of Surakhany. You will learn a lot about the temple from your guide, particularly, more about the history of creation of such a temple in Baku and unique natural phenomenon of burning natural gas outlets. Later you will visit Yanar Dagh (“Burning Mountain”) In the second part of visit, after visiting the temple you will go directly to “Yanar Dag” (“Burning Mountain”), located not too far from Ateshgah Temple. It is the most famous and popular tourist site of the “eternal flame” in Azerbaijan. Actually, it is rather a hill than a mountain, with natural gas burning on its slope from ancient times.

Hyder Aliyev Centre and Visit Vintage Car Museum

It is a 619,000 sq. ft. building complex in Baku, Azerbaijan designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid. The Heydar Aliyev Centre represents a fluid form which emerges by the folding of the landscape’s natural topography and by the wrapping of individual functions of the Centre. All functions of the Center, together with entrances, are represented by folds in a single continuous surface.

Day 8 : Baku City And Old City Walking Tour

Morning after Breakfast, you will depart for the Baku city tour. Baku is the capital and commercial hub of Azerbaijan. First, you will visit Carpet Museum with Entrance Ticket. The carpet museum displays Azerbaijani carpets and rugs with Historical and modern weaving techniques and materials. Next to the carpet museum, you will see Little Venice. Little Venice is a great & clean refreshing park to walk and relax. You can take a ride in Gandolas, take pictures, and just enjoy the trip. After lunch in a Local restaurant. Enjoy Baku Boulevard area. You will also visit old part of Baku Icheri Seher, Maiden Tower. Evening you will visit Nizami Street. Nizami Street is home to various outlet, from banks to fashion stores and is one of the most expensive streets in the world. Dinner in a Local Restaurant. Overnight In Baku.

Day 9 : Check Out From Baku Hotel And Depart For Gabala + Gobustan And Mud Volcano Tour

Morning after Breakfast, check out from Baku Hotel and Depart for Baku and on the way visit Gobustan Museum, where you will see ancient human bones, work tools used back to thousand years ago during the Mesolithic period. Gobustan geographical region is situated in the west-south of Baku. The meaning of the word «Gobustan» is derived from two words «gobu» – «ravine» and «stan»- «place», i.e. ravine area. The word «gobu» is also of Turkic origin and means «a dried up river valley». After visiting Gobustan Museum, you will advance to the mountain in order to see real rock paintings in the open air museum. Later on, the tour will proceed to the Mud Volcano which is 20 mins away from Gobustan National Museum. Azerbaijan keeps the first place in the world for the number of mud volcanoes. About 300 mud volcanoes are to be found in Azerbaijan – at the shore, in the sea and on islands. Enjoy the beautiful nature of Nohur. We will visit to Yeddi Gozel Waterfall – The name of the waterfall means seven beauties. There are seven steps to go up the mountain. The waterfall is situated in the wood near the main road near West of Vandam. Although the waterfall is hard to climb, it is worth visiting. Each year thousands of people visit the waterfall. Visit to Gabala Shooting Centre. Explore the local market in Gabala. Overnight in Gabala.

Day 11 : Check Out From Gabala And Depart For Baku + Shopping Tour And Departure

Morning after Breakfast. Depart For Baku. Enjoy Shopping Tour. Shopping prices in Baku are quite cheaper than in the most of countries all over the world. Visit to Genclik Mall located in 10 minutes distance form city center. Genjlik mall is the biggest Mall in Baku and contains over 80 stores, big bowling halls, the biggest movie halls, 3D cinema, Playground for children, Bravo supermarket, VIP restaurants, Food courts. Later you will transfer to Airport for Departure with sweet memories of the tour. Tour ends with sweet memories.

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.

On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage.
