Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour will meet at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, four hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
From here, you fly together with Shree Swaminarayan Tourism tour manager to Moscow – capital of Russia, is a city where the past and the future coexist side by side and begin your beautiful journey. Upon arrival, the Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Tour Manager will assist you with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or sightseeing place as per the itinerary.
Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities
If you are flying from cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or others, please ensure that you have received your complete travel details like airline, flight departure and arrival time, airport name, passport with valid visa etc. from your Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Travel Advisor. You will fly to the first destination of the tour as per your individual flight details. Upon arrival your tour manager will meet you at Moscow airport or at the sightseeing place conveyed to you in advance.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure that you have received complete guidance for smooth arrival, hotel check-in or joining at sightseeing place, from your Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Tour Manager as well as travel adviser. Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination as per the tour plan conveyed to you.
Important Notes:
For Joining & Leaving guests the flight tickets, visa, insurance and airport transfers are to be borne by guests. Please ensure all these arrangements are as per the scheduled group tour. To avail of the group airport transfers, we request you to ensure your flight arrival is at the scheduled group airport and is minimum one hour before the group’s scheduled flight arrival time. For last day your flight departure time should be after the scheduled group flight departure time to avail the airport transfers.
Note:
• Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00 hrs) or later. If our flights are reaching in the morning, we cover one of the sightseeing’s to fill up the gap.
• We recommend you to take care of your travel documents, valuables, foreign exchange, and emergency contacts handy during your journey.
In the evening, we enjoy the Great Russian Circus and admire the magnificent aerial performance of the acrobats.

Today we travel by train to St. Petersburg – a Russian port city on the Baltic Sea and was the imperial capital for 2 centuries, having been founded by Peter the Great. Upon arrival, we visit Museum of Russian Vodka – The national drink of Russia. Here we see how vodka has been made and consumed over the ages and then we also get a chance to taste some.

Today we explore St. Petersburg city, we take a photo stop at St. Isaac’s Cathedral – largest orthodox basilica in the world, it serves as both a cathedral and museum today, followed by visit to Hermitage Museum – one of the largest artistic and cultural and historical museums in Russia and one of the largest in the world, with a collection of over 3 million items, Peter and Paul Fortress Territory – Officially labelled as a ‘Museum of the History of the City’, is a unique fortification monument of XVIII-XIX centuries located on the small Hare island in the Neva River mouth.
Later we take a photo stop Church of the Saviour on Spilled Blood – also known as the Church of the Resurrection. It was built in memory of Alexander II who was assassinated in 1881 and is famous for its onion-shaped domes and colourful exterior, Statue of Peter the Great – known as the Bronze Horseman, is a tribute to the founder of St. Petersburg, followed by some free time for shopping.
In the evening, we enjoy a glittering performance of the classical ballet at Russian Ballet show.

Today we enjoy the scenic Neva River Boat Ride – we get to see top St Petersburg attractions that flank the Neva’s waters. Later we visit the Peterhof Palace – a series of palaces and gardens. Also known as “the Russian Versailles,” it contains all sorts of luxurious trappings. We explore the palace for unique insight into how the Russian monarchy once lived. In the evening, we enjoy the Russian Folklore show – an exciting showcase of traditional Russian dance and song.

Today we proceed to Moscow by train. Upon arrival, we visit Panorama 360 – the highest observation deck in Europe on the 89th floor, later we enjoy shopping at Arbat Street.

Today we visit Red Square – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Followed by a photo stop at St. Basil’s Cathedral – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, an Orthodox church on the Red Square and Lenin’s Tomb – also known as Lenin’s Mausoleum, is a mausoleum that currently serves as the resting place of Soviet leader Vladimir Lenin. Later we explore Moscow city, we visit Kremlin Territory here we see Kremlin Walls – a defensive wall that surrounds the Moscow Kremlin, recognisable by the characteristic notches and its Kremlin towers, Tzar’s Bell – also known as the Royal Bell, is the largest bell in the world. The bronze bell is estimated to weigh between 200 and 216 tons, Tzar’s Cannon – a large early modern period artillery piece on display on the grounds of the Moscow Kremlin, Cathedral Square – also known as Sobornaya Square is the central square of the Moscow Kremlin where all of its streets used to converge in the 15th century, further we take a photo stop at Bolshoi Theatre – a historic theatre. We then enjoy a cable car ride to Sparrow Hills – a hill on the right bank of the Moskva River and one of the highest points in Moscow. And then we go on a small journey by Metro train to see three marvellous railway stations of Moscow.

J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
