Day 1 : Arrive At Narita International Airport, Check In To Hotel

After completing your immigration, you will meet our representative. Transfer to your Hotel. Check in into Hotel. Overnight at Tokyo/Yokohama Hotel.

Today we will provide you Packed Dinner at Hotel.
Check in time is 04:00 pm

No Hotel Breakfast in this Package.
There might be a 2 or 3 Packed Meals during the tour due to time constraints.
Jain Meals means no onion, no garlic & no potato.
For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before the group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only.
Group Transfers will be at 7.30 pm from Narita Airport from Terminal 2. If you arrive at a different Terminal then you will have to come to Terminal 2 on your own.
We provide arrival and departure only 1 airport transfers for group. For any other arrival and departure transfers additional cost will be applicable.
If Flight timing differs from our group timings, then transfers need to arrange on your own in a taxi to a hotel or vice versa. Please check flight timing with us before booking.
Porter services are not available in Japan due to manpower shortage. So we insist you to carry luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Passengers have to handle their luggage on their own.
Please carry 20 KG weight per person (one bag only) in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag.
Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction or tour, there Will be no refund.

Day 2 : Visit Asakusa Temple, Ueno Park, Teamlab Planet, Ginza Area

Morning Depart to visit one most iconic place of Tokyo Asakusa Temple. Asakusa Temple & Nakamise Street. Asakusa Temple is Buddhist Temple located in Asakusa. It’s one of Tokyo’s most colourful and popular temples. Later we will move to visit Team Lab. teamLab Planets is a large-scale immersive digital art museum in Tokyo where visitors walk through water and become one with the flowers, experiencing art with their entire body. Drive thru from Odaiba area – Odaiba is a high-tech entertainment hub on an artificial island in Tokyo Bay. Drive thru from Rainbow Bridge – It is an iconic suspension bridge in Tokyo that connects the mainland to the artificial island of Odaiba. Enjoy free time at Ginza Street – Tokyo’s most famous upmarket shopping, dining and entertainment district, featuring numerous department stores, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, night clubs and cafes. Dinner at a Local Restaurant. Overnight at Tokyo/Yokohama Hotel.

Day 3 : Origami Museum, Tokyo Orientation Tour, Shibuyacrossing, Tokyo Metropolitan Building And Chidorigafuchi Park

Morning you will start the day by visiting Origami Museum and workshop, where visitors can appreciate the art of paper folding and even participate in hands-on activities. It’s provide a glimpse into the world of Japanese paper folding. The museum showcases a variety of origami artworks, including both traditional and contemporary designs. Later we depart for Tokyo Orientation Tour where you see the National Diet Building (Pass By), Imperial Palace (Pass By), Nijubashi Bridge (Pass By), Tokyo Station (Photo Stop – if time permit) – Tokyo Station is Japan’s largest and busiest train station, serving as a major transportation hub for both local and long-distance travel, including the Shinkansen bullet train network. Later Visit Shibuya Crossing, is a popular pedestrian scramble crossing. Visit Chidorigafuchi Park – Chidorigafuchi Park in Tokyo is a popular spot known for its scenic beauty, particularly during cherry blossom season. Visit Tokyo Metropolitan Building, in Shinjuku is often visited by tourists for observation decks which provide good panoramic views of Tokyo city and beyond. The 243 meter tall building has two towers, and each houses an observatory at a height of 202 meters. Dinner at a Local Restaurant. Overnight at Tokyo/Yokohama Hotel.

Day 4 : Check Out And Visit Tokyo Bay Aqualine, Enjoy Hakone Ropeway, Enjoy Lake Ashi Cruise And Check Into Hotel

Morning you will check out from the hotel. You will start the day by visiting Tokyo Bay Aqua – line – The Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line, also known as the Trans-Tokyo Bay Expressway, is an expressway that is mainly made up of a bridge–tunnel combination across Tokyo Bay in Japan. Later will depart to Hakone and Enjoy Lake Ashi Cruise. Lake Ashi provides a beautiful view of Lake Ashi, a lake formed in the caldera of Mount Hakone after the Volcano’s last eruption 3000 years ago. After this, we will enjoy Hakone Ropeway. The Observation platform offers breathtaking views of Owakudani, Hakone most famous tourist spot. Dinner in a Restaurant. Check into the hotel. Overnight In Overnight at Hakone/Mishima/Izu.

Day 5 : Check Out From Hotel And Depart For Nagoya And Visit Sc Maglev Museum, Nabana No Sato

Morning Check out from Hotel and you will depart for Nagoya and Visit S C Maglev Park. The museum features 39 full-size railway vehicles and one bus exhibit, train cab simulators and railway model dioramas. The Nabana no Sato Flower Park is an impressive sight in all four seasons. Check into the hotel. Overnight in Nagoya Hotel.

Day 6 : Check Out From Hotel And Depart For Osaka Castle (Outside), Dotonbori Area

Morning check out from Hotel and Depart to Osaka and will visit Osaka Castle (Outside) – Osaka Castle is a historic landmark in Osaka, Japan, known for its impressive architecture, rich history, and role in unifying Japan. Later Visit Dotonbori Street – is a vibrant, lively district in Osaka, Japan, renowned for its dazzling neon lights, bustling atmosphere, and an abundance of street food and entertainment options. Dinner at a Local Restaurant. Check into Hotel. Overnight in Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe Hotel.

Day 7 : Day Trip To Hiroshima By Bullet Train

Morning after breakfast, you will depart for Hiroshima by Bullet Train. Once you will reach Hiroshima you will visit you will visit Peace Memorial Park. Hiroshima as the first city in the world to suffer a nuclear attack at the end of World War II. And to the memories of the bomb’s direct and indirect victims. Next stop we will visit Atomic Bomb Dome. Here you will visit Peace memorial Museum – The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum is a museum located in Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, in central Hiroshima, Japan, dedicated to documenting the atomic bombing of Hiroshima in World War II. The museum was established in August 1955 with the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Hall. Later you will visit Miyajima Island. To reach Miyajima Island we will take a ferry & reach to the island. Here you will visit Itsukushima Shrine. Itsukushima Shrine is the source of both the island’s fame and its name. The Shrine and its tori gate are unique for being built over water, seemingly floating in the sea during high tide. Dinner at a Local Restaurant. Travel back to Osaka or Kyoto by Bullet Train. Overnight in Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe Hotel.

Day 8 : Visit Kinkakuji Temple, Arashiyama Bamboo Groove And Fushimi Inari Shrine

Morning you will depart for Kyoto. First you will visit Kinkakuji Temple also known as Golden Temple, is a zen Buddhist temple in Kyoto. Later visit Arashiyama Bamboo Groove. Arashiyama Bamboo Groove is one of Kyoto’s top sights. Later visit Fushimi Inari Taisha. Fushimi Inari Shrine is an important Shinto shrine in southern Kyoto. It is famous for its thousands of vermilion tori gates, which straddle a network of trails behind its main building. Dinner at a Local Restaurant. Overnight in Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe Hotel.

Day 9 : Visit Todaiji Temple, Osaka Municipal Housing Museum, Cup Noodles Musuem

Morning you will depart for Nara and visit Todaiji Temple. Todai-ji Temple, located in Nara, Japan, is a magnificent Buddhist temple complex famous for housing the world’s largest bronze statue of the Vairocana Buddha, known as Daibutsu. Established in 752, it was once the head of all provincial Buddhist temples in Japan and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later we visit the Cup Noodles Museum, is a museum dedicated to instant noodles and Cup Noodles, as well as its creator and founder, Momofuku Ando. Approximately 800 product packages shows how a single product introduced more than a half-century ago grew into a global dietary culture. Later we visit the Osaka Municipal Housing Museum – this museum can experience the ever-changing housings and townscape of Osaka from the Edo period to the Meiji, Taisho, and Showa eras. Located on the outskirts of the Umeda business district in Kita-ku, Osaka, the Umeda Sky Building consists of two 40-story. Later Visit The Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan is an aquarium located in the ward of Minato in Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, Japan, near Osaka Bay. 40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.
