Day 1 : Welcome To Dubai !!! - Dhow Cruise With BBQ Dinner

Welcome to Dubai!!! On arrival proceed to immigration formalities. Later, meet & greet by our local representative / tour manager. Later, sit back in the comfort of your coach, as we drive you to Hotel. Afternoon, Check-in to hotel and relax. Enjoy free time by your own. In evening, proceed for Dhow Cruise – is a charming way of spending an evening in Dubai. Beyond the stunning sights, feel the layers of Dubai’s charming culture and past as you cruise aboard a traditional dhow which was once used for fishing and pearl farming during the pre-oil era. The main highlight of the cruise is food which is served buffet style in an atmospheric setting both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods are available. The major Dubai landmarks shine as the wooden vessel glides silently across the creek. Traditional entertainment such as Tanoura show adds to your distinct cruise sightseeing. Later, transfer to Hotel. Overnight, stay at Hotel.

Day 2 : Dubai City Tour

After an American Breakfast at Hotel, today we explore the New and Old Parts of Dubai with some of Dubai’s beautiful Landmarks. We start our city tour with Fascinating Underground Dubai Museum which presents the traditional way of life in the Emirate of Dubai. Later we see Gold Souq, the Creek to View the Amazing Architecture of Deira Towers, the Most Magnificent Jumeirah Mosque, take a photo stop at Jumeirah Beach, passing by Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Burj Al Arab is one of The Most Luxurious and Number One Tower Hotel in The World and The Sheikh’s Palace. A fitting end to your city tour by enjoy the One Way Mono Rail at Palm Area, for a Panoramic View of Palm Island and Atlantis, The Palm Hotel. In evening, enjoy dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight, stay at Hotel.

Day 3 : Desert Safari With BBQ Dinner

After an American Breakfast at Hotel, morning will be free to explore by your own. Afternoon Proceed for Desert Dune Safari. It gives you an Opportunity to See the Golden Sand Dunes of Arabia in Land Cruiser. We Stop on The Highest Sand Dune to View the Beautiful Sunset for Some Breathtaking Photographs. The desert safari provides about 20 minutes of exciting dune bashing along with thrilling and electrifying experience towards camp journey where you can enjoy Henna Design, Arabic ‘Gava’, Camel Ride, Local Dresses, Soft Drink, Water, Tea, Coffee Are Available for You. Relax and Recline in The Tents or Tables with Carpets and Pillows. A Delicious BBQ is being prepared under the Starlit Sky. Adding to The Atmosphere of The Night, An Enchanting Belly and Tanoura Dance Shows a fascinating Dance to A Rhythm of Arabic Music, there after BBQ Buffet Dinner will be served. Day 4 : Dubai Mall With Burj Khalifa Tower

After an American Breakfast at Hotel, today we visit Dubai Mall – is the second largest mall by total land area, and the 26th-largest shopping mall in the world. Day 5 : Depart For Your Flight Back To Your Home

2nd Part of Payment will be in next 15 Days after Booking.
Remaining Payment will clear before 30 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculated @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.

Cancellation Policy :

Before 45 To 26 Days Of Departure Deposit Amount Will Be Non-Refundable.
From 25 Days to Departure Date Full Tour Cost Will Be Non-Refundable.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree swaminarayan Tourism)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”

- Incase Of Coach Breakdown Shree swaminarayan Tourism. Will Do Their Best Effort To Fix The Problem As Soon As Possible. But Make Sure There Will Be No Refund For Inconvenience Cause.
- Request To All Guest Please Don’t Leave Any Unattended Item In Vehicle While Leaving The Vehicle. We Shree swaminarayan Tourism. Are Not Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage.
- There Is No Specific Seat Allocation. Will Be Allocate First Cum First Serve Basis.
