Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive At The Airport And Check In Into The Hotel, Evening Enjoy Dubai Frame

Arrive at the Airport, after completing your immigration, you will depart for your hotel. Hotel Check in time 1400 hours. Later you will depart for Dubai Frame. Dubai Frame is an observatory deck. It holds the record for the largest Frame in the world. Dinner in a restaurant. Overnight in Dubai Hotel.

Tour Note:

If you arrive before the group you will have to wait at the airport for Group transfers.
This is a tentative itinerary, the final itinerary you will receive one week before your travel date.
Final itinerary may be interchanged as per time slot.
Please note the tour manager may not be travelling with the Group on Flight.
If you are arriving through a different flight at a different airport or only taking Land Package then airport transfers will be charged extra.
Breakfast at the hotel will not have Indian items except where chef prepared breakfast is offered
Bread in the hotel might contain eggs, so before consuming kindly check with Restaurant attendant
There will be limited items available in the breakfast for Jain passengers which will mostly be fruits, juices, salads, cereals, milk, coffee etc.

Day 2 : Half Day Dubai City Tour With One Way Monorail, Address Sky View With Observatory With Glass Slide And Evening Visit Dubai Mall

Morning after breakfast, you will depart for half day Dubai city tour. The city tour journey begins from the historical part of Dubai with a guided tour of the city which ends at modern Dubai. Enjoy Dubai Sky Scrapers & Beauty of Jumeirah Beach, and you will enjoy a one-way monorail at Palm Jumeirah Island. Later visit Address Sky View Observatory – get a bird’s eye view of the city. Where you can ride the glass slide and hurtle from floor to floor more than 219.5 meters above sea level. In the evening visit the Dubai Mall and experience the Fountain show. Overnight in Dubai Hotel.

Day 3 : Half Day Free For Leisure, Afternoon Depart For Desert Safari

Morning after breakfast, morning is free for leisure. Afternoon you will depart for a desert safari in 4×4 wheel drive. Desert safari is full of fun adventure and excitement where you experience the thrill of a roller coaster ride on the sand dunes. Dinner in Desert Camp. Overnight in Dubai Hotel.

It promises a spectacular experience as you explore Dubai’s most iconic sights. Later Free for shopping time at Meena Bazar. Dinner at a restaurant. Overnight in Dubai Hotel.

Day 5 : Check Out From Hotel, Visit Abu Dhabi Mosque, Visit Swaminarayan Temple & Enjoy Emirates Palace Hi Tea

Morning after breakfast, you will check out from your hotel. Experience the enchanting allure of Abu Dhabi. Visit the revered Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, an architectural masterpiece that beautifully harmonizes Islamic traditions with global cultural influences. Later we enjoy tea at Emirates palace. Visit the newly opened Swaminarayan BAPS Temple. Dinner at a restaurant. Check In Into Hotel.

To Visit Abu Dhabi Mosque, you have to follow strict dress code for women & men.
You are not allowed to wear anything transparent or overly clingy.
Women have to fully cover their head within the premises.
For every men or women they must cover their arms and legs, avoid wearing skirts shorter than their ankles.
Tight – Fitting clothes are not allowed in the Mosque.
Men should wear long, fully covered pants and sleeved shirts (at least elbow length)

Payment Term

Payment Terms :

40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
The Package rates are based on a group of 6 passengers and are subject to change depending on the final group size.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”

- The Internal Airline Used Are LCC, No Food Will Be Served On Board. It Allows Only 20 Kg Check In Luggage And 07 Kg Cabin Luggage. Excess Baggage Charged Will Be Bear By Guest .

- There Will Be American Or Continental Breakfast Serve At The Hotel And Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Cannot Make Any Changes In The Breakfast.
- Lunch/Dinner Wherever Provided On Tour Is Pre-Set Menus By The Restaurants. The Meal Type Selected By The Guest Such As Veg. / Non. Veg. Is Subject To Availability At Restaurants Or Airlines.

- CNB : 3 – 6 Year Child With No Bed. Please Note There Will Be No Bed For The Child In The Room.
- CWB : 6 – 11 Year With Bed. There Will Be Extra Bed For The Child In The Room.

- Check Out : Check Out Time Is 11:00 Hrs.
- Given Package Cost Is On Basic First Category Room. If Guest Want To Upgrade Room Category Supplement Cost Will Be Bear By Guest.

Vehicle Policy :
- During Sight Seeing Driver Will Try His Best To Park As Much Closer He Can, From There Guest Has To Make His Way By Walk Or They Have To Make Their Own Transfer If Require Any.
- Incase Of Coach Breakdown Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Will Do Their Best Effort To Fix The Problem As Soon As Possible. But Make Sure There Will Be No Refund For Inconvenience Cause.
- Request To All Guest Please Don’t Leave Any Unattended Item In Vehicle While Leaving The Vehicle. We Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Are Not Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage.
- There Is No Specific Seat Allocation. Will Be Allocate First Cum First Serve Basis.
Direct Joining Guest Have To Arrange Hotel Transfer For Check In & Check Out Day By Them Self.

For NRI –Passengers Staying In India For More Than 180 Days Will Have To Take Police Clearance Certificate From Commissioner Of Police For Which Shree Swaminarayn Tourism Will Not Be Responsible. Passengers Are Requested To Submit Xerox Copy Of Passport Along With Page Showing Arrival Stamp In India.
