Day 1 : Welcome To Dubai !!! - Marina Dhow Cruise

Welcome to Dubai!!! On arrival proceed to immigration formalities. Later, meet & greet by our local representative / tour manager. Later, sit back In the Comfort of Your Coach, as we drive you to Hotel. Afternoon check-in to Hotel and relax. In evening, proceed for Marina Dhow Cruise – Have the experience of sailing in an Arabic style wooden boats. And have a fine-dine experience on the cruise while having the breathtaking and wonderful views of Dubai in the night. This cruise experience laced with mouthwatering delicacies, breathtaking views, and amazing ambiance is your perfect escape to happiness. Cruise over the calm waters of Dubai Marina, illuminated by the lights of the dazzling buildings bordering the waters. Dubai Marina is among the most iconic parts of Dubai. Built along a 3 km stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline, it is an artificial canal city. You can also enjoy the Live Tanoura Show on your tour that will take you one step closer to the culture of Dubai. Day 2 : Dubai City Tour | Dubai Mall With Burj Khalifa Tower

After an American Breakfast at Hotel, today we explore the New and Old Parts of Dubai with some of Dubai’s beautiful Landmarks. We start our city tour with Fascinating Underground Dubai Museum which presents the traditional way of life in the Emirate of Dubai. Later we see Gold Souq, the Creek to View the Amazing Architecture of Deira Towers, the Most Magnificent Jumeirah Mosque, take a photo stop at Jumeirah Beach, passing by Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Burj Al Arab is one of The Most Luxurious and Number One Tower Hotel in The World and The Sheikh’s Palace. A Fitting ends to your city tour by enjoy the One Way Mono Rail at Palm Area, for a Panoramic View of Palm Island and Atlantis, The Palm Hotel. In afternoon, we visit Dubai Mall – is the second largest mall by total land area, and the 26th-largest shopping mall in the world. It includes Over 1,200 Retail Shops, around 200 Outlets for Food & Beverages. The mall has a 250-room luxury hotel, 120 restaurants and a parking facility that houses 14,000 cars! Day 3 : Abu Dhabi City Tour | Dubai Glow Garden

After an American Breakfast at Hotel, Today We Explore Abu Dhabi. Today We See Some Of Abu Dhabi’s Beautiful Landmarks Like The Most Magnificent Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. It Is the Largest Mosque in UAE with the Capacity of 40,000 Worshippers and World’s Largest Hand-Woven Carpet. After That We Drive Through World’s Biggest Man –Made Jebel Ali Port, Aldar Headquarters – The Round Building Followed By Heritage Village, Is An Authentic Replica Of A Typical Bedouin Village That Gives Visitors An Idea Of Emirati Life Before The Oil Boom. A Fitting End To Your City Tour At The Corniche, Which Is 8km Long Curve On The Western Side Of The Abu Dhabi Island. It Has Children’s Play Areas, Separate Cycle And Pedestrian Pathways, Restaurants, Cafés And The Corniche Beach. Later, back to Dubai. Later, early evening we visit Dubai Glow Garden – is all new range of thrilling attractions and concepts that have never before been explored in Dubai. Spread over 25 million square feet, it features more than 100 rides and attractions, and consists of four theme parks: Motion gate, Bollywood Parks, LEGOLAND Theme Park and water park. It also encompasses River land, a themed retail and dining destination, as well as the Polynesian-themed family resort, Lapita Hotel Dubai. Check-In to Hotel. TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree swaminarayan Tourism)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
