Day 1 : Welcome To Singapore !!! - City Tour Of Singapore With Singapore Flyer | Board The Cruise

Welcome to Singapore – a Lion City!!! On arrival proceed to immigration formalities. Later, meet & greet by our Local Representative / Tour manager. Later, Sit back in the comfort of your coach, as we going to explore the city, we see Suntec City, Fountain of Wealth, City Hall, Orchard Road, Swissotel the Stamford – the tallest hotel in Singapore, Parliament House, The Esplanade and take a Photo stop at Merlion – Symbol of Singapore, visit Buddha Tooth Relic Temple in Chinatown, followed by Singapore Flyer – at a height of 165m, is one of the world’s largest Giant Observation Wheel and also one of Asia’s biggest tourist attractions. You will be able to feast your eyes on iconic and historical sights from Marina Bay to the Singapore River, such as Raffles Place, Merlion Park, Empress Place and the Padang. After that Transfer to the cruise terminal for board to cruise. Enjoy facilities on board after the check-in formalities. Overnight, stay at Cruise.

Day 5 : Disembark The Cruise - Gardens By The Bay

Arrive to Singapore. On arrival proceed to immigration formalities. Later, meet & greet by our Local Representative / Tour Manager. Later, check into hotel & relax. Today we visit Gardens by the bay is a nature park spanning 101 hectares (250 acres) in the Central Region of Singapore, adjacent to the Marina Reservoir. We will Visit two domes – Flower Dome – Gigantic air-conditioned glass greenhouse offering themed gardens with many exotic plants and Cloud Forest Dome – Lush vegetation of the tropical highlands & a tall waterfall in a soaring, contemporary greenhouse. Overnight, stay at Hotel.

After an American Breakfast at Hotel, Today we visit Universal studios which offer excitement, thrills and unlimited entertainment. Universal Studio has 28 rides, shows and attractions In 07 themed zones. After an American Breakfast at Hotel, this morning is free. Afternoon you will experience one of the highlights of your tour – Sentosa Island – Asia’s Favorite Playground, known for its idyllic beaches and array of exciting activities! Visit S.E.A. Aquarium – one of the largest Aquarium in the world, home to more than 100,000 aquatic animals over 1000 species. The aquarium at Resorts World Sentosa has 10 zones and 50 different habitats, all within a huge venue. Later, we take Sentosa Express a monorail line connecting Sentosa island for Visit Skyline Luge – It is a unique, wheeled, gravity ride that provides riders full control over their descent on purpose-built tracks. Skyline Luge is invented in Rotorua (New Zealand) over 33 years ago and having hosted over 45 million rides worlwide. Sky ride for a scenic adventure on a 4-seater chairlift that gives you a bird’s eye view of the Singapore skyline and the South China Sea while engrossed in the natural habitat of Sentosa Island. A fitting end to your day out at Sentosa, this spectacular light show about friendship and courage is staged nightly. Be wowed by spellbinding laser, fire and water effects set to a majestic soundtrack, complete with a jaw dropping fireworks display, possibly the only place to see this in Singapore – Wings of time Show. TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree swaminarayan Tourism)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961.
Shree swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree swaminarayan Tourism The User Understands And Agrees That Shree swaminarayan Tourism At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
