Day 1 : Day 1 Arrive into London, the capital of England and the United Kingdom

Greetings! Today marks the commencement of our journey as we embark on a flight to a captivating city renowned for its vibrant culture, cosmopolitan atmosphere, and intriguing history – London, the capital of England. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our amiable and knowledgeable Tour Manager, and later proceed to the hotel and check in. Take some time to unwind and enjoy the comforts of your accommodation.

Day 2 : Day 2 Guided city tour of London with Changing of Guards. Visit to the famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. Visit the legendary Lord’s Cricket Ground. Ride the London Eye.

Post breakfast, we drive to explore the city of London with our expert local guide. You will see important landmarks like the Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Tower Bridge, River Thames, Hyde Park and many more. Witness the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace (subject to operation). Next, we proceed to visit the renowned Madame Tussauds wax museum. Be enthralled by the world’s largest wax collection of famous personalities. Later, visit one of the iconic cricketing venues in London – the Lord’s Cricket Ground. In Lord’s you will have an opportunity to go behind the scenes at the ‘Home of Cricket’, and to experience some of the most inspiring views in sport. See the iconic parts of the ground including the Grade II*-listed Victorian Pavilion, the world-famous Long Room, the Players’ Dressing Rooms, and the MCC Museum, home of the Ashes Urn – cricket’s best-known artefact. Later we visit London eye, one of the many iconic highlights of the city. Enjoy scenic views of the city while you ride the London eye. It is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the United Kingdom, standing at 135 meters tall overlooking the river Thames and the beautiful city of London.

Day 3 : Day 3 Visit Windsor Castle. Drive to Stratford-upon-Avon. Onto Manchester.

Check out of your hotel as we proceed to visit the magnificent Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world, and a preferred residence of the British monarchy. (On days when Windsor Castle is closed, enjoy an alternative visit to the Stonehenge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s most mysterious prehistoric landmarks.) Continue your drive to Stratford-upon-Avon – a historic market town in Warwickshire, England. It is best known as the birthplace of William Shakespeare, one of the greatest playwrights in the English language. Afterwards relax in the coach as we drive towards Manchester. Check-in to the hotel, and relax for the day.

Day 4 : Day 4 Lake Windermere. Enjoy Cruise on Lake Windermere. Enjoy Scottish Distillery tour. Drive to Glasgow.

On this day, we check out and embark on a journer to vist the tranquil Lake District – one of the finest of England’s National Park. Enjoy the Windermere Lake Cruise – the most popular attraction in Cumbria. Windermere is England’s

largest lake, in the heart of the Lake District. Thereafter, we head towards Scottish Highlands experience how whisky is been made and the process of creating the finest Scottish Whisky. Next, continue to Glasgow city – famous for its contributions to architectural styles, with the Glasgow School of Art being the most notable example. Check-in to the hotel and relax.

Day 5 : Day 5 Guided city tour of Edinburgh. Visit the Edinburgh Castle. Cruise on Lake Loch Lomond.

After breakfast we begin our day with a Guided city tour of Edinburgh, where the local English-speaking guide will brief the city on wheels, with some photo stops covering all the best loved Edinburgh attractions like Scott Monument, Queen Mary’s Bath House, St Andrews University, St Andrew’s Cathedral, we continue along the historic Royal Mile to the Palace of Holyrood house, the official Scottish residence of Her Majesty the Queen and many more. Visit the Edinburgh Castle, a historic fortress that dominates the skyline of the city of Edinburgh. Next depart Lake Loch Lomond to experience its stunning scenery sail to magical islands, remote peaks and ancient oak forests, cruises are the ideal way to experience Loch Lomond. Later continue back to the hotel and relax.

Day 6 : Day 6 Orientation tour of Manchester. Onto Birmingham

Your day begins with breakfast at the hotel followed by checkout, before you drive to Manchester. Upon arrival, embark on an orientation tour of the city, Manchester offers a captivating mix of history, culture, and modern attractions. Afterward, you’ll drive to Birmingham to your hotel for check-in. You’ll end the day by settling in for an overnight stay in Birmingham, ready to rest after a day of travel and sightseeing.

Day 7 : Day 7 Drive to London, enroute visit Oxford – the University Town for an orientation tour.

After breakfast, check out and embark on a drive to London, with a stop at Oxford for an enriching experience of an orientation tour. Afterward, continue your drive to London, where you’ll check in to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Note :
- All documents are must be English language and if not then translate it from local language to English.
- We will take 3 to 4 days to check your documents and we will inform you pending documents if any. After completion of all documents we will start filling online visa form.
- Before finalize your visa application form we will E-mail you visa forms to check & after your confirmation in email, we will book a suitable appointment for fingerprint & Submission.
- MOST IMPORTANT: Once Form is submitted online, we cannot make Any Changes in Visa Forms.
- Before appointment, we will handover prepared application to the applicant and explain process of submission at Best Voyage Office only.
- On the day of appointment, All applicants including child have to visit VFS center for process of Biometric (10 fingers scan and digital Photo) and for that fingers must not be coloured with HINA (Mehdi) or any cuts or bandaged on fingers. Or else applicant will not be able to completed Biometric formalities and he/she has to visit VFS center again with additional cost of appointment.
- Visa issuance is sole responsibility of British High Commission; Best Voyage is not responsible for any rejection/refusal or delay in visa process.
- We are not responsible for missing/damage of any documents during visa formalities.
- Applicants are requested to check their all documents after handover by us.
- British High Commission may ask for personal interview to Mumbai/Delhi and for that you need to go by yours self, Best Voyage will not going to pay anything for that.
- In case if you want to cancel your appointment for finger print, you have to inform us before 5 days of your appointment date otherwise you will not get refund of your fees.
- British High Commission is giving 10 years ban if you provide any false information or submitting false or dummy documents.
Courier service, SMS service, Premium Lounge, Priority Service etc are available at VFS center with additional cost paid directly at VFS.

Any increase in the air fare, fuel surcharge and taxes charged by the airlines on your air ticket

Cost of the Suggested Excursions, porterage, laundry, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the group menus.

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961.
SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM The User Understands And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”

- We Can Not Make Seat Selection In Group Tour From Our End If Guest Wants To Seats Together Guest Have To Inform At Boarding Counter At Airport For Same.
