Day 1 : Jakarta Arrival

Upon arrival at Jakarta Soekarno – Hatta International Airport, will meet and greet with our guide. We start to have Jakarta sightseeing, driving through the bustling city, pass Merdeka Square, National Monument, Presidential Palace and visit National Museum (close on Monday) that is reputedly to be the finest in the Southeast Asia. See the world’s most complete collection of Han, Tang and Ming porcelains. Then exploring Fatahillah square, you will see many historical Dutch buildings. Transfer to hotel.

Day 2 : Jakarta to Bandung with Whoosh

Transfer service from your hotel going to Halim Express Train Sation to Ride Whoosh Train Heading to Bandung the neighboring city of Jakarta. Upon arrival at Tegalluar Station of Bandung we will have a sightseeing drive to downtown Bandung, a photo stop will be made at Gedung Sate and a visit to the Museum Asia Africa. Lunch at your own expense can be served at a luxury local restaurant, after lunch we will drive to Pada suka Village to visit the Angklung Workshop then we will see, enjoy and play the Angklung Traditional Music performance. It is not needed to be an expert to play the angklung, the conductor will give signs and instructions on how the orchestra to be played, the togetherness resulting in the excellent sound of harmony. Really it is a rare experience not to be missed. Transfer to hotel.

Day 3 : Bandung

The tour will explore the city of Bandung and its surroundings. we will depart the center of Bandung, after about 1.5 to 2 hours we will reach the village of Ciwidey at the Southern Part of Bandung. On the first visit we will make a stop at the icon of this excursion the Kawah Putih is a sizeable highly acid lake (pH 0.5-1.3) which changes color from bluish to whitish green, or brown, then make a short photo stop at the Ciwidey Rancabali Tea Plantation, that had a beautiful panoramic from the higher landscape, before returning to Bandung we will visit the Glamping Resort of Situ Patenggang.

Day 4 : Bandung transfer to Jakarta for Departure

In the morning, we will be leaving Bandung for returning to Jakarta, upon arrival in Jakarta you will have time to do some shopping at Jalan Mangga Dua visit: ITC, WTC, Pasar Pagi and Mall of Mangga Dua. transfer to Jakarta Soekarno- Hatta International Airport for flight departure to your onward destination.

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And
