Day 1 : Day 1 Arrive in Paris - the City of Romance, Lights and Glamour.

Welcome! Today board our flight to one of the most beautiful and elegant city of Paris- known for its haute couture, renowned museums, breath-taking beautiful monuments and sensational cabarets. On arrival collect your baggage and proceed outside where you will be met by your professional tour manager, who will later escort you to your hotel. Check in and relax in the comforts of your hotel.

Day 2 : Day 2 Visit to Eiffel tower 2nd Level. Enjoy a romantic cruise on River Seine. Orientation tour of Paris. Visit the Palace of Versailles, a testament to the pinnacle of French 17th-century artistry and achievement.

Today, start our day with a visit to the second level of the iconic Eiffel Tower, where you can indulge in a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. With its unmistakable tapering cast iron pinnacle, the Eiffel Tower symbolizes not just Paris but the entire nation of France. Next, we embark on a romantic cruise along the Seine River, providing one of the most picturesque vistas in the world. As we glide beneath charming bridges, you’ll be treated to views of exquisite monuments including Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Orsay Museum, and many others. This relaxed cruise allows you to appreciate the beauty of Paris from an extraordinary vantage point, right in the heart of the vibrant city.

Later, our tour continues with a visit to the Palace of Versailles, an internationally acclaimed masterpiece located in Versailles, approximately 12 miles (19 km) west of Paris, France. This magnificent palace is the property of the French Republic and has been under the stewardship of the Public Establishment of the Palace, Museum, and National Estate of Versailles, overseen by the French Ministry of Culture since 1995 followed by a brief orientation tour of Paris, offering you the chance to admire some of its most renowned landmarks. Our schedule includes stops at iconic sites such as Place Vendôme, Place de l’Opéra Garnier, Musée d’Orsay, Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysées (famously known as one of the world’s most fashionable avenues), Arc de Triomphe, Alexander Bridge, Les Invalides, and many other notable locations.

Day 3 : Day 3 Onto Brussels. Visit Grand Place and Manneken Pis statue.

Today, our journey takes us to Brussels, known as the headquarters of the European Union and the capital of Belgium. Upon arriving in Brussels, our first stop is at the Grand Place, which is widely regarded as one of Europe’s most beautiful squares. Here, you’ll encounter the medieval Town Hall and the renowned Manneken Pis statue. We continue our drive to Netherlands. Check in to your hotel and relax.

Day 4 : Day 4 Visit Keukenhof Gardens (till 10th May) Or Visit the miniature park – Madurodam. (from 11th May) Explore Amsterdam with Canal Cruise. Drive to Germany.

Post check out, we proceed to the city of Lisse to tour the legendary Keukenhof Gardens (till the 10th May). Be astounded by the vast numbers of tulips, daffodils and hyacinths, that create dazzling ranges of colour. From 11th May we visit Madurodam a miniature park to see a range of perfect 1:25 scale model replicas of famous Dutch landmarks, historical cities and large developments. Feel like a giant amidst models of palaces, canals, windmills, harbours, airport and other Holland attractions. Continue your picturesque journey towards your hotel in the Frankfurt area and complete the check-in process.

Day 5 : Day 5 Visit the Heidelberg Alstadt and see the Church of the Holy Spirit. Travel to the Heart of the Black Forest, where you'll have the chance to witness the grandeur of the largest waterfall in Switzerland, the Rhine Falls.

After checking out, relax in your coach as we drive Heidelberg Altstadt (Old Town) which spreads around the Market Square and stretches along the Neckar River. Sat just below Heidelberg Schloss (castle) it hosts old and modern houses in a maze of narrow, cobblestoned streets. During our time in the Alstadt, also see the Church of the Holy Spirit is a landmark of Heidelberg and is as fascinating as a medieval cathedral. Next we proceed to the heart of the Black Forest, renowned for its dense evergreen forests and charming villages. You’ll be captivated by the scenic beauty of these quaint villages nestled in the heart of the Black Forest. Additionally, you’ll have the unique opportunity to witness a demonstration of how traditional cuckoo clocks are crafted, a true Black Forest specialty.

Later relax and take in the picturesque journey en route to Switzerland. Explore the Rhine Falls offers a thrilling view of the powerful cascading waters where you can behold the breathtaking Rhine Falls, the largest and most stunning waterfall in Europe. The cascading waters of the Rhine River create a mesmerizing spectacle, drawing visitors to its scenic surroundings. Next, continue our drive to your hotel.

Day 6 : Day 6 Day Free at leisure OR enjoy a magical alpine excursion to the top of Europe - the amazing Jungfraujoch and scenic Interlaken. Orientation tour of Lucerne.

Today you have the day free to explore Switzerland on your own OR Opt for a memorable magical alpine excursion to Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe, a high–point of your tour. First we proceed to Grindelwald Terminal. The new 3S-Bahn Eiger Express takes you from the Grindelwald Terminal to the Eigergletscher station in just 15 minutes. There you board a cogwheel train to reach the highest railway station in Europe at 11,333 feet – a world of eternal ice and snow. Visit the Ice Palace where artistes create their work of art in ice. Visit the Sphinx observatory deck to experience a breath-taking panoramic view of the longest glacier in the Alps – Aletsch Glacier. Later in the day, your adventure continues with an orientation tour of Lucerne, widely regarded as one of Switzerland’s most enchanting cities. Your tour will encompass visits to the iconic Lion Monument and the historic Kapell Brucke.

Overseas medical policy :
- Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro per person, the insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory, minimum 15 days insurance is mandatory from the travel date
Note :
- For Schengen visa process all the necessary documents should be in Photocopy except those documents which are asked in Original.
- All visa applicants irrespective of nationality who applied for Schengen visa should come personally at local VFS office to give mandatory fingerprint formality which is long time consuming in tourist pick season. On the day of submission your all fingers must be clear from HINA (Mehdi), cuts etc.
- If Biometric is given after 2nd November 2015 then we can submit yourapplication on behalf of applicant. But if you data could fetch byEmbassy/Consulate then they may ask to give biometrics again.
- Granting Visas is sole discretion of Consulates / Embassy, subject to the documents submitted. We are facilitators in the process. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism is not held responsible for rejection or delay in getting visas / passports from said Consulate / Embassy.
- No documents will be return back by Embassy/Consulate after visa process.
- Must declare rejection if rejected in any country in last 10 years and mention rejection year and category of visa of Rejected country.
- All applicants have to pay visa fees, VFS charge & courier charge in cash at local VFS-centre.
- If passenger is having passport with any observation regarding Data page then Affidavit and Paper advertisement in English are mandatory.
- All documents must in A4 size and English.

In case of travel to more than one Schengen country, please submit your application to the Embassy / Consulate where you will be staying for the maximum number of days. In case of equal stay, one has to apply at the Schengen country which is the first port of entry.

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961.
SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM The User Understands And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
