Day 1 : India – Marrakech

Arrive Marrakech. Marrakesh, a former imperial city in western Morocco, is a major economic center and home to mosques, palaces and gardens. Check in & Overnight in Marrakech

Day 2 : Marrakech

Breakfast at hotel and city tour of Marrakech the second oldest Imperial City and definitely the “Pearl of the South”. Founded by the Almoravides at the end of the 11th century, Marrakesh sits in a lush oasis nestled at the foot of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. In the morning, you will visit the Menara Gardens, Koutoubia mosque from outside,-and the famous Bahia Palace and the Saadian tombs . Lunch at Leisure, Afternoon, visit of the souks and the famous JemaaFna Place. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 : Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate

After breakfast depart to Merzouga via the Tizi n’Ticka pass (about 2260 meters altitude), through traditional Berber Villages, towards the village of Ait Benhaddou.You will visit the magnificent Kasbah (fortress) classified as UNESCO world heritage site since 1987 and famous film production location (Gladiator, Game of Thrones). Later drive towards Ouarzazate. Arrive and Check in. Overnight in Ouarzazate.

Day 4 : Ouarzazate – Anti Atlas – Agdz – Draa Valley – Zagora

After breakfast, check out and drive to Zagora via Kasbah of the Gypsies, and you will have a small stop to obtain unbeatable views over the lake. Later continue drive to Zagora. Arrive Zagora. And Check in. Overnight in Zagora.

Day 5 : Zagora (Desert) – Tafraout – Ramlia – Merzouga (Desert)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Tafraout along the tracks where the old Paris-Dakar Rally passed: all desert, crossing rivers of sand, dry lakes and endless plains. We will drive parallel to the border with Algeria. Arrive Merzouga and check in to hotel. Overnight in Merzouga.

Day 6 : Merzouga (Desert) – Rissani – Erfoud – Todra Gorges – Dades

After breakfast, Check out and drive to Rissani, birthplace of Morocco’s ruling royal family and the age-old capital of the Tafilalt region, famous for its traditional Souk and the dates market. Later continue tour towards the spectacular Gorges, the dramatic Todra Gorges (the Todra river bed has formed a gorge of vertical walls of enormous proportions and of great beauty, the paradise of the climbers). Later drive to Dades. Arrive and check in. Overnight in Dades.

Day 7 : Dades - Marrakech

Payment Terms :

40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
The Package rates are based on a group of 6 passengers and are subject to change depending on the final group size.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.
