Day 1 : Arrive Zurich.

Upon arriving in Zurich and completing immigration and customs procedures, you will be welcomed by a representative and transferred to your hotel. Please note that the standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Zurich is Switzerland’s largest city, a financial and cultural center located at the northwestern end of Lake Zurich in northern Switzerland. Known for its Old Town, luxury shopping on Bahnhofstrasse. Enjoy dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel

Day 2 : Switzerland– Visit Mount Titlis with Ice Flyer – Indian Lunch on Top – Orientation Tour of Lucerne.

After breakfast, proceed to Mt. Titlis, traveling through the scenic Swiss Alpine region and winding mountain roads to Engelberg Valley. Experience one of the highlights of your Swiss tour with a memorable cable car ride up to Mt. Titlis. Enjoy the world’s first rotair cable car (weather permitting), offering a unique perspective of the stunning landscape. For more adventure, take a ride on the Ice Flyer (weather permitting) to Glacier Park, where you can partake in exciting snow activities. Don’t miss the opportunity to walk across one of the highest suspension bridges in the world, located 10,000 feet above sea level. An Indian lunch will be served atop the mountain. In the afternoon, return to your coach and continue to picturesque Lucerne. Visit the Lion Monument and the Chapel Bridge, the oldest wooden bridge. Day 3 : Switzerland – Visit Interlaken – Visit Bern.

After breakfast, proceed to Interlaken. It is a charming resort town in the heart of the Swiss Alps Known for its breathtaking natural beauty, Interlaken sits on a narrow strip of land between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. Interlaken has a special connection to Bollywood’s love affair with Switzerland, and Interlaken in particular, has helped shape the town’s image as a symbol of romance and adventure, attracting fans who wish to recreate the magical movie moments in real life. Later drive to Bern, the capital city of Switzerland. Enjoy walking orientation tour of Bern, where you can experience its old-world charm, featuring iconic landmarks such as the Clock Tower, the Parliament Buildings, Market Gasse, and Gothic fountains. Day 4 : Switzerland to Germany – Rhine Falls – Drive Through Black Forest – Visit Cuckoo Clock – Visit Lake Titisee. (Driving: Switzerland to Germany // Approx. 04:30 Hrs // 350 Kms)

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Germany, stopping en route at the stunning Rhine Falls, Europe’s largest plain waterfall. Later begin your scenic drive through the picturesque Black Forest, taking in the alpine views and deep gorges along the way. Arrive at the charming town of Titisee-Neustadt, nestled among dark fir trees and high hills. The town is home to Lake Titisee, the largest natural lake in the Black Forest. At Lake Titisee, enjoy free time to stroll the quaint streets, relax by the lakeside, or shop for handmade cuckoo clocks and souvenirs. Later, Later enjoy dinner at a restaurant. Day 5 : Germany to Netherlands – Cologne Cathedral – Rhine River Cruise. (Driving: Switzerland to Germany // Approx. 05 Hrs // 395 Kms)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Germany to visit the renowned Cologne Cathedral. Known for its lengthy construction period, which spanned centuries, the Cathedral’s history is linked to the Three Wise Men and was completed in 1880. Marvel at its impressive architecture and explore the Cathedral’s Treasure Chamber, home to numerous important works of art. Afterward, enjoy a sightseeing cruise along the Rhine River. As you glide through the waters, admire stunning views of Cologne’s top attractions, including the iconic twin-spired Cologne Cathedral, the historic Old Town, and the Hohenzollern Bridge. Day 6 : Netherlands – Windmills – Cheese & Clog Making Factory – Visit Maduro dam OR Keukenhof Garden.

After breakfast, proceed to The Hague. Visit the Keukenhof Gardens (open from March 20th to May 18th) to admire the stunning displays of tulips and vibrant flowers. If visiting outside this period, explore Maduro dam, a miniature park showcasing 1:25 scale models of Dutch landmarks and cities. Drive through Holland’s scenic landscapes, passing iconic windmills, and visit a cheese and clog-making farm, where you can sample local cheeses and learn about traditional clog crafting. End the day with dinner at a restaurant, Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7 : On to Paris – Enroute Orientation Tour Of Brussels – Photo stop at Mannekin Pis & Atomium Structure. (Driving: Netherlands to Paris // Approx. 05:30 Hrs // 480 Kms)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Brussels for an orientation tour. Begin with a visit to the stunning Gothic St. Micheal’s Cathedral, followed by a stroll through the historic Galleries Saint Hubert, the world’s first shopping mall. Head to the Grand Place, often regarded as Europe’s most beautiful square, where you can enjoy some time shopping for Belgian lace, chocolates, and waffles. Next, visit the iconic Manneken Pis statue, symbolizing Brussels’ playful spirit. Conclude with a photo stop at the impressive Atomium structure, featuring nine spheres representing iron atoms. Paris, famously known for its fashion, perfumes, and exquisite French wines, is one of the most exciting and popular cities in Europe. In the evening, savor a delicious dinner at restaurant. Following this, ascend to the third level of the Eiffel Tower for a stunning panoramic view of the city. Overseas medical policy :
- Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro per person, the insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory, minimum 15 days insurance is mandatory from the travel date
Note :
- For Schengen visa process all the necessary documents should be in Photocopy except those documents which are asked in Original.
- All visa applicants irrespective of nationality who applied for Schengen visa should come personally at local VFS office to give mandatory fingerprint formality which is long time consuming in tourist pick season. On the day of submission your all fingers must be clear from HINA (Mehdi), cuts etc.
- If Biometric is given after 2nd November 2015 then we can submit yourapplication on behalf of applicant. But if you data could fetch by Embassy/Consulate then they may ask to give biometrics again.
- Granting Visas is sole discretion of Consulates / Embassy, subject to the documents submitted. We are facilitators in the process. Swaminarayan Tourism is not held responsible for rejection or delay in getting visas / passports from said Consulate / Embassy.
- No documents will be return back by Embassy/Consulate after visa process.
- Must declare rejection if rejected in any country in last 10 years and mention rejection year and category of visa of Rejected country.
- All applicants have to pay visa fees, VFS charge & courier charge in cash at local VFS-centre.
- If passenger is having passport with any observation regarding Data page then Affidavit and Paper advertisement in English are mandatory.

In case of travel to more than one Schengen country, please submit your application to the Embassy / Consulate where you will be staying for the maximum number of days. In case of equal stay, one has to apply at the Schengen country which is the first port of entry.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

- TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
- 5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
- (INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Swaminarayan Tourism)
- If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
- As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
- In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
- Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
- On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
- Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
- Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
- The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
- The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Swaminarayan Tourism , At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
- The User Further Understand And Agrees That Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
