Day 1 : Welcome To Colombo !!! Proceed For Kandy | Munneswaram Temple , Chilaw | Manaweri Temple

Welcome to Colombo!!! On Arrival Proceed to Immigration Formalities. Later, Meet & Greet by Our Local Representative / Tour Manager. Later, Sit Back in The Comfort of Your Coach and transferred to Kandy. En-route to Munneswaram Temple, Chilaw – After his victorious battle, Lord Rama left for Ayodhya, in one of King Ravana”s vimana (carriages).He felt he was being followed by bramhaasthi dosham as he had killed King Ravana who was a Brahmin. Legend has it that when he came to this place he felt bramhaasthi dosham was not following him and he stopped the vimana and asked God Shiva for remedy. Lord Shiva blessed Lord Rama and advised him to install four lingams there and pray to get rid of the dosham. Since then many Hindu devotees flock to the Temple. Thereafter proceed to Mannavari Temple – Manavari is the first lingam installed and prayed to by Lord Rama and this lingam is also called Ramalinga Shivan. Later, You Will Be Then Transferred to Your Hotel in Kandy check-in & relax. In evening, enjoy Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight, stay at Hotel.

Day 2 : Kandy - Nuwara Eliya | Seetha Amman Temple | Gayathri Peedam

After an American Breakfast check-out from Hotel, Transfer from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya via Ramboda. En-route visit Bhaktha Hanuman Temple and Tea Factory and Tea Plantation. Later on, visit Seetha Amman Temple – The stream that runs from the hill, catered to the needs of Seethadevi during her stay at Ashoka Vatika. It is interesting to note that foot prints akin to Lord Hanumans are found by this river -some small and some large. Afternoon Enjoy Lunch, which will be at outside restaurant only. There after proceed to Mani Kattuther at Labukalle Estate. Proceed to Nuwara Eliya, Check-in to the Hotel, enjoy Leisure day. Later, visit the Gayathri Peedam It is believed to be the place from where King Ravana”s son Meghanath propitiated Lord Shiva with penance and poojas and in turn was granted super natural powers by lord Shiva. . In evening, enjoy Dinner at restaurant. Overnight, stay at Hotel.

Day 3 : Day 3 : City Tour | Lake Gregory

After an American Breakfast at Hotel, proceed to Nuwara Eliya City Tour: Nuwara Eliya meaning “the city of dawn” is the town at the highest elevation (about 2000m above sea level) in Sri Lanka and its tallest peak. Enjoy Lunch at Indian Restaurant, Later visit Lake Gregory – Lake Gregory, sometimes also called Gregory Lake or Gregory Reservoir, is a reservoir in heart of the tea country hill city, Nuwara Eliya. The Victoria Park is a public park located in Nuwara Eliya Gregory Lake was built under the period of British Governor Sir William Gregory in 1873. In evening, enjoy Dinner at restaurant. Overnight, stay at Hotel.

Day 4 : Day 4 : Nuwara Eliya - Bandarawela | Divurumpola

After an American Breakfast check-out from Hotel. Transfer from Nuwara Eliya to Bandarawela. Proceed to visit Divurumpola – means a place where one takes an oath. Sitadevi, after being liberated from King Ravana was subjected to a test to prove here chastity by offering herself to the fire. However she came unscathed and proved her holiness during this ritual at this place. Later, Check into Hotel and Relax. In evening, enjoy Dinner at restaurant. Overnight, stay at Hotel.

Day 5 : Day 5 : Bandarawela - Colombo | Ratnapura | Seethawaka

After an American Breakfast check-out from Hotel Transfer from Bandarawela to Colombo. En-route a gem mine at Ratnapura – is the fabled city of gems. Its name remains unchanged over the years and means “city of gems”. In Ratnapura prospecting and mining goes on everyday. Visit a gem mine and a museum and strike a bargain at one of the shops. Later, we visit Seethawaka, situated near Avissawella on a tributary of the Kelani Ganga (river). Not surprisingly it derives its name from Sita, who is supposed to have been imprisoned by Ravana in a grove in this neighborhood. Later, Check into Hotel and Relax. In evening, enjoy Dinner at restaurant. Overnight, stay at Hotel.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”

- Incase Of Coach Breakdown Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Will Do Their Best Effort To Fix The Problem As Soon As Possible. But Make Sure There Will Be No Refund For Inconvenience Cause.
- Request To All Guest Please Don’t Leave Any Unattended Item In Vehicle While Leaving The Vehicle. We Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Are Not Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage.
