Elephant rock – This spectacular rock formation resembles an elephant with its trunk touching the ground, is one of AlUla’s geomorphological wonders.
Hegra (Madain Saleh) – which is the first site of Saudi Arabia that was listed as UNESCO World Heritage site.
Madina – visit the outskirts of the city, except for the holy pilgrimage areas, and take a short walk near Mount Uhud.
Dar Al Madina museum, which will relate the story of Islam and the Prophet’s biography.
AlUla – Saudi Arabia, is an ancient oasis city in the Medina Province, recognised for its rich history and stunning natural landscapes.

Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1 : Riyadh

Arrive at Riyadh – the largest city on the Arabian Peninsula.

Day 2 : Riyadh

Today we will visit Ad-Diriyah,it was listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site.Then we will visit the National Museum which is the primary custodian of the Saudi national heritage and culture.We continue thereafter to the nearby Murabba Palace which is one of the historic buildings of the city. The palace was named after its square with the form of 400 by 400 meters followed by visiting the Dira Souq, famous for buying antique carpets and other useful Saudi heritage antiques, while walking we will always smell sandal wood fragrance then will Access to the sky bridge one of the famous landmarks of Riyadh at the Kingdom Tower followed by the Faisaliah Tower, both great architectural achievements.

Day 3 : Riyadh – Hail

Today we proceed for Ha’il by train – The city of Ha’il lies at the foot of the imposing Shammar mountain range whose is name also the one of a large northern Arabian tribe. Later we will visit the A’Arif Fort and the nearby heritage museum. Then we will have a walk at the traditional market where we will find the local delicacies. We will pass also by the Ha’il Regional Museum.

Day 4 : Ha’il – Jubbah – Al Ula

This morning we will visit Jubbah that lies on an ancient lake. Several archaeological sites of human settlement from the Middle Paleolithic period were found around the margin of the paleolake. The region between Ha’il and Al-Ula offers some of the best desert experience in the world . On our way, we will pass through the famous desert of Nefud Al Kabir which literally means the “great extent of sand dunes”. We continue our route to the famous Al Ula area. Upon arriving we will visit Jebel Al-Fil also known as the “Elephant rock”.

Day 5 : Al Ula – Medina

Al-Ula is an ancient oasis that is inhabited for the last 7000 years as testify ancient carvings in and around the oasis.Today we will start our journey with the visit of the famous Hegra (Madain Saleh) which is the first site of Saudi Arabia that was listed as UNESCO World Heritage site. Madain Saleh, whose original name was Al-Hijr or Hegra in Greek.Later,we will continue our journey towards the city of Medina .

Day 6 : Medina – Jeddah

This morning, we will visit the holy city of Medina. In the city center, the vast Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (Prophet’s Mosque) is a major Islamic pilgrimage site. Its striking Green Dome rises above the tombs of the Prophet Muhammad and early Islamic leaders Abu Bakr and Umar. The Masjid al-Qiblatain (Qiblatain Mosque) is known as the site where the Prophet Muhammad received the command to change the direction of prayer to Mecca. We will visit the outskirts of the city only, except for the holy pilgrimage areas, and conclude the day with a short walk near Mount Uhud. We will also visit the Dar Al Madina museum, which will relate the story of Islam and the Prophet’s biography. Then, we will depart towards Jeddah .

40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost
The Package rates are based on a group of 6 passengers and are subject to change depending on the final group size.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.
