As your much-awaited journey with Shree Swaminarayan Tourism begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your departure city:
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour will meet at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, four hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
From here, you fly together with Shree Swaminarayan Tourism tour manager to Copenhagen – the Danish capital known for its fairy-tale flair over the centuries and begin your beautiful journey. Upon arrival, the Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Tour Manager will assist you with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or sightseeing place as per the itinerary.
Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities
If you are flying from cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or others, please ensure that you have received your complete travel details like airline, flight departure and arrival time, airport name, passport with valid visa etc. from your Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Travel Advisor. You will fly to the first destination of the tour as per your individual flight details. Upon arrival your tour manager will meet you at Copenhagen airport or at the sightseeing place conveyed to you in advance.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure that you have received complete guidance for smooth arrival, hotel check-in or joining at sightseeing place, from your Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Tour Manager as well as travel adviser. Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination as per the tour plan conveyed to you.
Important Notes:
For Joining & Leaving guests the flight tickets, visa, insurance and airport transfers are to be borne by guests. Please ensure all these arrangements are as per the scheduled group tour. To avail of the group airport transfers, we request you to ensure your flight arrival is at the scheduled group airport and is minimum one hour before the group’s scheduled flight arrival time. For last day your flight departure time should be after the scheduled group flight departure time to avail the airport transfers.
Note:
• Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00 hrs) or later. If our flights are reaching in the morning, we cover one of the sightseeing’s to fill up the gap.
• We recommend you to take care of your travel documents, valuables, foreign exchange, and emergency contacts handy during your journey.
Note: As per the Schengen visa rule, we need to process your Schengen visa from the consulate of the country we’ll be entering first on our Europe tour or staying in for the maximum number of days. ‘Joining & Leaving’ guests will also have to get their visas processed from the consulate of the same country; otherwise, boarding might be denied by the airline, or even entry into that country can be banned.
Today we proceed to stroll around Nyhavn- the most iconic landmark in Copenhagen. Lined with wooden ships, modern boats, and multi-coloured townhouses. Nyhavn, meaning New Harbor, was originally a bustling commercial port where ships from around the globe would dock.
Today we enjoy Copenhagen city, we visit Christiansburg palace – a palace and government building. It is the seat of the Danish Parliament, the Danish Prime Minister’s Office, and the Supreme Court of Denmark. Later in the orientation tour we pass by Renaissance Stock Exchange – also known as Børsbygningen, a 17th-century stock exchange in the centre of Copenhagen, followed by a famous statue of the Little Mermaid – a bronze statue by Edvard Eriksen, depicting a mermaid becoming human.
Today morning we arrive at Oslo – capital of Norway, a cosmopolitan city with an abundance of world-class architecture and museums. Upon arrival, we explore Oslo city, we visit Vigeland Sculpture Park – the largest sculpture park in the world by a single artist, boasting over 200 pieces by Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland, Holmenkollen Ski Museum and its observation deck – world’s oldest ski museum, it represents more than 4,000 years of skiing history, Norwegian polar exploration artefacts and an exhibition on snowboarding and modern skiing. The observation deck on top of the jump tower offers panoramic views of Oslo, Fram Museum – dedicated to Norwegian polar exploration and houses the most famous Norwegian polar-exploration boat of all time, the icebreaker Fram.
Later we take a photo stop at Opera House – home of the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet, and the national opera theatre in Norway.
Today we begin our journey westward from Oslo, leaving the urban skyline behind and entering Norway’s breathtaking countryside.
As the cityscape fades, the road unfolds into a tapestry of lush valleys, sparkling lakes, and charming Norwegian villages. Rolling green meadows and distant mountains frame the route, creating countless opportunities for photos to capture the pure beauty of rural Norway.
Along the way, we’ll pause at select viewpoints where crystal-clear lakes mirror the sky and pine forests stretch endlessly toward the horizon. Take a moment to breathe in the crisp mountain air and enjoy the tranquil rhythm of Norway’s countryside.
In the afternoon, we reach the high-mountain area, where dramatic peaks and winding rivers set the tone for the next leg of our journey. We then continue journey toward Geilo.
In the evening, we arrive in the mountain resort town of Geilo and check in the hotel.
Today we proceed to charming fjord-side village of Flåm. In the morning, we board the train from Geilo to Myrdal, enjoying the changing mountain scenery as you climb toward the high plateau. After arriving at Myrdal, we change our train and take a Flåm. This train will take us through steep valleys, waterfalls—including a stop at the impressive Kjosfossen—and picturesque mountain farms as the train descends into the lush Flåm Valley.
From here, we board a scenic ferry to Gudvangen, sailing through the spectacular Sognefjord, fondly known as the King of the Fjords. This is Norway’s largest and deepest fjord, offering awe-inspiring views of steep mountains, glistening waters, and picturesque hamlets that seem frozen in time.
After disembarking in Gudvangen, we continue our drive towards Bergen, Norway’s second-largest city, often called the city of seven mountains. En route, admire the scenic valleys and sparkling rivers.
Today we enjoy a walking tour of Bergen Wharf – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the fish market. Then we travel by a Funicular Tram ride to Mt. Floyen From the top, enjoy panoramic views of Bergen’s colourful harbor, surrounding fjords, and the cluster of mountains that embrace the city.
Later we fly to Stockholm – the capital of Sweden combines modern attractions with historic charm.
Today we visit, Nobel Prize Museum – a place that celebrates human imagination, innovation and the remarkable stories of laureates from around the world. Here, we explore inspiring exhibits that bring alive the legacy of Alfred Nobel and the groundbreaking achievements that continue to shape our world. Followed by visit to, Royal Palace – the official residence of His Majesty the King of Sweden, with over 600 rooms. The palace dates back to the 18th century and is one of the most interesting historic buildings in Stockholm.
Then we have free time for shopping at Drottninggatan, one of Stockholm’s most lively and vibrant shopping streets. Lined with fashion stores, boutiques, cafés and Swedish design outlets, it offers the perfect opportunity to pick up souvenirs, updated styles, or simply enjoy the energetic city vibe.
Later, we visit Ice Bar – a magical fairy tale adventure with the wondrous surroundings of snow and ice.
Today morning, we visit Magnificent Town Hall – the building of Municipal Council which houses offices, conference rooms, ceremonial halls, and luxury restaurants.
Then we visit, Vasa Ship Museum – Vasa is the only preserved seventeenth-century ship in the world and a unique art treasure. More than 95 percent of the ship is original, and it is decorated with hundreds of carved sculptures.
In the evening, we embark on an overnight cruise to Helsinki – the capital city of Finland well known for its innovative art, culture and architecture.
Today morning we arrive at Helsinki. Upon arrival we enjoy Helsinki City, during the city orientation tour we pass by Modern Finlandia Hall – a dynamic, multipurpose venue located in the centre of Helsinki, City Hall – a central administrative building of Helsinki, Parliament House – the official location of the governing body of Finland, Presidential Palace – the official residence of the President, although today it is used primarily for presidential functions and receptions, the Monumental railroad station – one of the most visited site in the city, Lutheran Cathedral – the symbol of Helsinki. The church was originally built from 1830-1852 as a tribute to the Grand Duke of Finland, Olympic Stadium – built in 1938. Olympic Games were held here in 1952. Today it hosts both national and international sporting events and outdoor concerts, Sibelius monument – dedicated to the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius, Market Square – the most famous market in Finland, it has been a centre of trade for hundreds of years.
Later we proceed to Tallinn – capital city of Estonia by ferry. Upon arrival we explore Tallinn city, we visit the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral – a Russian Orthodox Church. Later we walk through the city and take photo stops at Toompea Hill – a limestone hill in the central part of the city. Today Toompea is the centre of the Government of Estonia and the parliament house, Old Town – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and world’s most recognised landmarks, Parliament building – also known as Toompea Castle, it was built in 13th century. Today the castle is home to Estonian parliament, Dome church – also known as St. Mary’s Cathedral, is the oldest church in Tallinn and Estonia, 15th century Luhike Jalg Gate – also known as the walls around Tallinn city.
Today we fly to Budapest – Hungary’s capital city.
Today we explore Budapest city, we visit Fishermen’s Bastion – a fairy-tale castle on the Buda side of the city, is a lookout point which offers stunning panorama of Budapest. Further during the orientation tour we pass by Heroes’ Square – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the main squares in Budapest, stands in honour and memory of the great leaders in Hungary’s history, Matthias Church – a Roman Catholic church, Gellert hill – a 235 m high hill overlooking the Danube River, Parliament house – a magnificent example of Neo-Gothic architecture, is the seat of the National Assembly of Hungary, Royal palace – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, also known as the Buda Castle, is the historical castle and palace complex of the Hungarian kings, the famous chain bridge on the Danube River – first permanent suspension bridge which connected the twin cities Buda and Pest. Further we enjoy Danube River Cruise and admire the beauty of the Danube River – the magnificent scenic divider and connector of Buda and Pest. Later we have free time for shopping at Vaci Street.
Today we proceed to Zagreb – Croatia’s capital which has over 900 years of history. Upon arrival, we enjoy Zagreb, we walk through the Lower Town (Donji Grad) – Zagreb’s busy city centre. Here we pass by the Statue of Ban Jelacic – the Ban of Croatia who is remembered for his military campaigns during the Revolutions of 1848. Later we proceed to Ljubljana – capital of Slovenia, is one of the smallest European capitals. Upon arrival we enjoy walking tour of Ljubljana, we pass by Preseren square – the central square in Ljubljana, Triple Bridge – a group of three bridges across the Ljubljanica River, it connects the Ljubljana’s historic old town on one bank and the modern city of Ljubljana, Central market – an open air market, Town hall – seat of the Municipality of Ljubljana, Dragon Bridge – a road bridge, built across the Ljubljana River and adorned with dragon statues.
Today we proceed to Bled – an alpine lake with the only island in Slovenia, also called as ‘Alpine Pearl’. Upon arrival we visit the Bled Castle – a medieval castle built on a precipice above the city of Bled, overlooking Lake Bled. Later we enjoy a traditional wooden boat ride ‘Pletnas’ to visit the tiny island in the middle of Lake Bled. Here we visit the glorious 17th century Baroque Church of the Assumption- also known as The Church of Mary the Queen. Further we proceed to Vienna – Capital of Austria, is one of the most visited cities of Europe.
Today we explore Vienna, we visit Schonbrunn Palace – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, an 18th century Baroque palace was the main summer residence of the Habsburg rulers and is one of the most important architectural, cultural, and historic monuments in the country. Later we walk through Vienna city and pass by Opera House – one of the finest Opera Houses in the world, Parliament Building – the monumental neoclassical building is the seat of the Austrian Parliament, City Hall – Neo-Gothic building that serves as the city’s administrative centre, Hofburg Palace – the former principal imperial palace of the Habsburg dynasty rulers and today serves as the official residence and workplace of the President of Austria, Heldenplatz – a public square and Ring Boulevard – also known as Ringstrasse, is a circular boulevard that surrounds Vienna’s historical centre.
Today we proceed to Bratislava – The Capital of the Slovak Republic. Also referred to as the Beauty on the Danube. Upon arrival we enjoy Bratislava city, during the orientation tour we pass by Old Town – a historic centre of Bratislava with cobbled streets, colourful pastel buildings and narrow pathways, St Martins Cathedral – Gothic church from the 15th century and the former coronation church, St Michael Tower- also known as Michael’s Gate, is the only city gate that has been preserved of the medieval fortifications and ranks among the oldest town buildings. Later we drive through Most SNP – a road bridge over the river Danube. Commonly referred to as the UFO Bridge. We then proceed to Brno – second largest city of Czech Republic after Prague. Upon arrival we explore Brno city, we pass by the Freedom Square – Brno s most significant square, Church of St. James – a 13th century Late Gothic church, Moravian Square – One of the largest squares in Brno, Mahen Theatre – it was the first theatre in continental Europe with fully electric lighting. Further we proceed to Prague – also known as the ‘City of a Hundred Spires’, is the capital of Czech Republic.
Today we explore Prague city, we visit Cathedral of St. Vitus – a Roman Catholic metropolitan cathedral in Prague and is the seat of the Archbishop of Prague. Further we enjoy the walking tour of Prague, we walk through the Hradcany Castle – one of the biggest caste in the world built in 9th century and is the official office of the President of the Czech Republic, Astronomical Clock – the most striking aspects of the clock are the moving 12 Apostles sculptures carved out of wood, Old Town Square – an historic square in the Old Town quarter of Prague, Charles Bridge – a stone Gothic bridge that crosses Vltava river and connects the Old Town and Lesser Town. Further we enjoy a Cruise on the river Vltava and admire the spectacular views of Prague. Later, we visit a traditional local brewery, where we get an insight into the complete beer-making process. The visit concludes with a tasting session of the freshly brewed beers crafted right at the brewery.

If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
