• Any meal not mentioned in inclusions
• Anything not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions”

Note : 

• Given rates are valid only for the Indian Nationals .
• Valid Passport, Election ID card, Driving License or any documents issued by Central or State Government having Photo, Name and the address will be considered as valid ID Proof only. Aadhar Card & Pan Card are not accepted as valid ID Proof for issuance of Sikkim Restricted Area Permit (RAP).
• For Children below 18 Years and does not have Passport, in such case they will have to carry their original Birth Certificate (in English / not regional language) supported by either Aadhar Card or School ID.
• The rates & permit formalities will be different for the Foreign Nationals.

Philosophy of the Sikkim tour: 

• NRI clients have to carry their passport along with the OCI & Visa documents.
• Rates are different for the NRI & Foreign Nationals
• This destination has Long & Hilly road drives involved during the whole trip. Clients with Knee, back pain & motion sickness should note this.
• As per the transport union rules, only 6 passengers are allowed in one Innova/Xylo.
• Places like Lachung & Lachen are very remote destinations, mainly famous for the scenic beauty. Accommodation at such places are very basic & also the travel time is very hectic & the roads to this place are rough roads.
• The vehicle & driver changes every day or place wise as it is handled by the local Transport Union.

Note :

• INR 500.00 + 5% GST per vehicle per day for upgrading Xylo to Innova.
• INR 1000.00 + 5% GST per vehicle per day for upgrading Xylo to Innova Crysta. A maximum of 04 pax (Including Adults + Children) in 01 vehicle.
• The services marked with star will have to be opted for complete tour. These services are not available on make & break basis.
• INR 5500.00 + 5% GST per vehicle for Nathula Pass (Ex Gangtok).
• INR 4000.00 + 5% GST per vehicle for Yumesamdong / Zero Point (Ex Lachung).
• INR 1500.00 + 5% GST per vehicle for en route Mirik Lake.
•  INR 1500.00 + 150 Handling Fee + 5% GST per person (Adult / Child of 4yrs & above) for Steam Engine (Ex Darjeeling) + INR 700.00 + 5% GST per vehicle for Toy Train Station transfer & halt charge.
• INR 1000.00 + 150 Handling Fee + 5% GST per person (Adult / Child of 4yrs & above) for Diesel Engine (Ex Darjeeling) + INR 700.00 + 5% GST per vehicle for Toy Train Station transfer & halt charge.

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

• Entry fees & optional activity charges are NOT included and must be paid directly
• Nathula Pass visit is subject to permit availability, weather & government regulations
• Tshangu Lake visit is subject to road conditions & weather; alternative sightseeing will be provided if closed
• For Tshangu Lake & Nathula Pass, Aadhaar & PAN cards are NOT accepted for permits
• Foreigner / OCI / PIO card holders require different permits – inform at the time of booking
• Tiger Hill visit is subject to availability of coupons; alternative timing will be provided if unavailable
• Sightseeing order may change due to weather, traffic or local conditions
• Early check-in & late check-out are subject to hotel availability
• No refund for unutilized services, meals or sightseeing
• AC may not work in hilly areas while driving
• Any service not mentioned in inclusions will be paid directly by guests
