Day 1 : Welcome to Singapore!!! | Singapore City Tour | Hotel Check In

Welcome to Singapore. On arrival proceeds with immigration formalities. Later, meet & greet our Local Representative / Tour Manager. Proceed to explore the city, we see Suntec City, Fountain of Wealth, City Hall, Orchard Road, Swissotel the Stamford – the tallest hotel in Singapore, Parliament House, The Esplanade and take a Photo stop at Merlion – Symbol of Singapore, visit Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. Later we will explore the iconic and historical, you will be able to feast your eyes from Marina Bay to the Singapore River, such as Raffles Place, Merlion Park, Empress Place and the Padang. Then, Proceed for Lunch at Indian Restaurant. Later Proceed for Check in At Hotel. Then, Enjoy Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight Stay at Hotel.

After An American Breakfast at Hotel. Then, Proceed for Check Out from Cruise. Later. Transfer for Lunch at Indian Restaurant. After that you will experience one of the highlights of your tour – Sentosa Island – Asia’s Favorite Playground, known for its idyllic beaches and array of exciting activities! Later Enroute Putrajaya – is a planned city and the federal administrative Centre of the Malaysian capital, where we visit Putra Mosque – made from rose-colored granite with a pink dome. Day 9 : Kuala Lumpur – Genting Highland (Approx: 50 KM // 01 Hrs.) | Sky World Theme Park

After an American Breakfast. Proceed For Kuala Lumpur City Tour, we see the King’s Palace – Istana Negara is Malaysia’s National Palace, Dataran Merdeka Square – a centerpiece of the tallest flagpole in the world (95m) proudly displaying the Jalur Gemilang (Malaysian flag), and PHOTOSTOP Only At Petronas Twin Tower, National Mosque, National Monument – is a memorial that stands in tribute to the who fought and died for Malaysia, Cricket Field and High Court Building. Today will visit Batu Caves, Temple of Lord Kartikey – a leading Hindu Shrine in Malaysia to reach to the caves, one must climb 272 steps. This 100-year-old temple features idols and statues erected inside the main caves and around it. Incorporated with interior limestone formations, said to be around four hundred million years old, the temple is considered an important religious landmark by Hindus. Later, visit a duty-free outlet, where you can find varieties of branded watches and many more. Later visit the magnificent Menara tower – visit to Observatory Deck of the K. L. TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree swaminarayan Tourism)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961.
Shree swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree swaminarayan Tourism The User Understands And Agrees That Shree swaminarayan Tourism At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S),Shree swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
