Day 1 : Arrive At Narita International Airport, Check In To Hotel

After completing your immigration, you will meet our representative and drive to the hotel. Check in into Hotel. Overnight at Tokyo Hotel.

Day 2 : Visit Tokyo Sky Tree (350m Observatory Deck), Asakusa Temple, Teamlab Planet, Akihabara Shopping

Morning after breakfast, we start the day by visiting the Tokyo Sky Tree, it is a broadcasting tower landmark of Tokyo. It is an iconic landmark that offers breath-taking views of Tokyo from its observation deck (350 meters). Later visit one most iconic place of Tokyo Asakusa Temple. Asakusa Temple. Asakusa Temple is Buddhist Temple located in Asakusa. It’s one of Tokyo’s most colourful and popular temples. We will then move to visit Team Lab. Team lab is a museum where you walk through water and a garden where you become one with flowers. Enjoy free time at Akihabara shopping area. It is well known for its computer and electronic goods store. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at Tokyo Hotel.

Day 3 : Enjoy Mt Fuji (5th Station), Hakone Ropeway, Enjoy Lake Ashi Cruise

Morning after breakfast, you will check out from the hotel. We will visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station – Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station is a multifaceted destination, offering both a gateway for climbers and a scenic spot for tourists to enjoy the beauty of Mount Fuji and its surroundings. It is Located at an elevation of 2,300 meters (7,546 feet). Later you will visit Lake Ashi Cruise. Lake Ashi provides a beautiful view of Lake Ashi, a lake formed in the caldera of Mount Hakone after the Volcano’s last eruption 3000 years ago. After this, we will enjoy Hakone Ropeway. The Observation platform offers breathtaking views of Owakudani, Hakone’s most famous tourist spot. Dinner at a Local Restaurant. Check in to the hotel. Overnight at Hamamatsu Hotel.

Important Note:

Poor weather conditions can sometimes prevent the operation of the cable car and Lake Cruise.
Mt. Fuji (5th Station) only if weather permits. If we do not do Mt. Fuji then we will give some other sightseeing.

Day 4 : Visit Toyota Automobile Museum, Sc Maglev Museum

Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will start the day by visiting Toyota Museum. Toyota Kaikan Museum where Toyota displays its new models and technologies to the public. Later you will visit S C Maglev Park. The museum features 39 full-size railway vehicles and one bus exhibit, train cab simulators and railway model dioramas. Dinner at a Local Restaurant. Check in to the hotel. Overnight in Nagoya Hotel.

Important Note:

Toyota Museum is closed on Monday and S C Maglev is closed on Tuesday. In case your visit falls on any of these days then we will give you an alternate tour.

Day 5 : Visit Arashiyama Bamboo Groove, Kinkakuji Temple And Fushimi Inari Shrine

Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart for your Bullet Train to Kyoto. First we visit Arashiyama Bamboo Groove. Arashiyama Bamboo Groove is one of Kyoto’s top sights. Visit Kinkakuji Temple also known as the Golden Temple, is a zen Buddhist temple in Kyoto. Later visit Fushimi Inari Taisha. Fushimi Inari Shrine is an important Shinto shrine in southern Kyoto. It is famous for its thousands of vermilion tori gates, which straddle a network of trails behind its main building. Dinner at a Local Restaurant. Check into Hotel. Overnight in Osaka or Kyoto or Kobe Hotel.

Day 6 : Visit Todaiji Temple And Nara Deer Park, Dotonbori Area

Morning after breakfast, first you will visit Todaiji Temple. It is a beautiful temple complex that was once one of the powerful seven great temples. It is a magnificent Buddhist temple complex famous for housing the world’s largest bronze statue of the Vairocana Buddha, known as Daibutsu. Established in 752, it was once the head of all provincial Buddhist temples in Japan and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later Visit Dotonbori Street – is a vibrant, lively district in Osaka, Japan, renowned for its dazzling neon lights, bustling atmosphere, and an abundance of street food and entertainment options. Here you can also explore Shinsaibashi-Suji, it is a covered arcade stretching roughly 600 meters, offering a wide array of shops, from high-end boutiques to traditional Japanese stores, and a variety of dining options. Dinner at a Local Restaurant. Overnight in Osaka or Kyoto or Kobe Hotel.

Payment Terms :

40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.
