Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival in the city of a thousand, Antananarivo

Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by our team, who will present your itinerary and provide your travel documents. Transfer to your accommodation, with an overnight stay including breakfast.

Day 2 : Towards the largest city in the northern Madagascar, “Antsiranana”

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Diego Suarez. Upon arrival around 9am if there is no flight delay, you will be welcomed by our team and drop off your luggage to your hotel. Then, discover the French mountain to admire the baobabs and the panoramic view. Picnic lunch. Afternoon at the seaside to enjoy the fine sand beach of the 03 bays and Ramena : bay of dunes, bay of pigeons and bays of sakalava. Towards the end of the afternoon, return to the hotel for a night in half-board

Day 3 : Exploration of Amber Mountain and Red Tsingy

Departure for a guided visit to Amber Mountain National Park, passing through Joffre ville, a former colonial resort. Nestled in a volcanic area at 1,475 meters, the park spans 18,200 hectares of humid tropical forest and is home to a rich variety of flora and fauna. You may spot the world’s smallest chameleon, Brookesia minima, the Malagasy carnivore, fosa (Cryptoprocta ferox), or the “aye-aye” (Daubentonia madagascariensis), among the 168 identified animal species, not to mention the 1,020 recorded plant species. You’ll be amazed by the waterfalls and several crater lakes set amidst this lush tropical nature. Lunch picnic. Then, the discovery of the famous red tsingy which is a rock formation of red laterite awaits you. Return to Antsiranana. Overnight accommodation at the hotel on a half-board basis.

Day 4 : Excursion to the Emerald sea

Departure for a day trip for relaxation to the turquoise blue Emerald Sea. Picnic lunch on site. You will be amazed by the stunning landscapes. In the afternoon, return to Diego. Night with half-board at the hotel.

Day 5 : Flight to the capital

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Antananarivo. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and taken to your hotel. Overnight stay with breakfast at the hotel.

Day 6 : Return to your country

If time permits, a tour of the capital will take you through the intermediate city and the upper town. Lunch will be at your expense. There will be an opportunity to visit the artisan markets and purchase souvenirs. Day use at the hotel, followed by a transfer to the airport for your return flight to your country.

Payment Terms :

40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
The Package rates are based on a group of 6 passengers and are subject to change depending on the final group size.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.

- Incase Of Coach Breakdown Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Will Do Their Best Effort To Fix The Problem As Soon As Possible. But Make Sure There Will Be No Refund For Inconvenience Cause.
- Request To All Guest Please Don’t Leave Any Unattended Item In Vehicle While Leaving The Vehicle. We Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Are Not Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage.
- There Is No Specific Seat Allocation. Will Be Allocate First Cum First Serve Basis.
