day-icon Day 1 : Day 1 – Arrival in Osaka

Welcome to Japan! Upon your arrival in Osaka, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist with your transfer to the hotel. After checkin and some time to relax, enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Post dinner, you will be dropped back at your hotel for an overnight stay.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel and proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour.  Begin with Kyoto, where you will visit the iconic Kinkakuji Temple, also known as the Golden 
Pavilion, and stroll through the serene Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. Experience Japanese culture 
firsthand with a traditional tea ceremony. Enjoy lunch at a local Indian restaurant before heading 
back to Osaka. Explore the fascinating Osaka Aquarium and admire panoramic city views from 
the Umeda Sky Building. Conclude the day with dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed for a half-day excursion to Nara, one of Japan’s most historic cities. Visit the magnificent Todai-ji Temple, home to one of the largest bronze Buddha statues in the world, and soak in the serene atmosphere of Nara Park, where friendly deer roam freely. Later, return to Osaka for lunch at an Indian restaurant. In the afternoon, explore the iconic Osaka Castle, followed by leisure time in the vibrant districts of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, known for their lively streets, shopping, and street food. Conclude the day with dinner at an Indian restaurant before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to Osaka Station to board the famous bullet train bound for Hiroshima. (Your main luggage will be forwarded directly to your hotel in Tokyo for convenience.) Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at a local Indian restaurant before proceeding to the ferry terminal for a scenic ride to Miyajima. Here, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site Itsukushima Shrine, celebrated for its iconic floating torii gate that appears to rise from the sea during high tide. After a memorable day of exploration, return to Hiroshima for dinner at an Indian restaurant and check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Begin your day with breakfast and check out from the hotel, then visit the poignant Atomic Bomb Dome and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, both of which offer powerful insights into the city’s history and message of peace. Afterward, enjoy lunch at an Indian restaurant before boarding the bullet train to Tokyo. Upon arrival, experience the energy of the iconic Shibuya Crossing, one of the busiest pedestrian intersections in the world, before heading for dinner at an Indian restaurant and continuing to your hotel for check-in.

Today, after breakfast, set out for an unforgettable excursion to Mt. Fuji. If weather permits, ascend to the 
5th Station for breathtaking views of Japan’s most famous mountain. After lunch at an Indian restaurant, 
visit Owakudani Valley, a volcanic valley known for its scenic views and hot springs. Ride the Hakone 
Ropeway and take a relaxing cruise on Lake Ashi. Return to Tokyo in the evening for dinner and 

overnight stay.

Enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Tokyo after breakfast. Begin with a visit to the Tokyo Imperial Palace, followed by exploration of the historic Asakusa district, where you will see the revered Senso-ji and stroll along Nakamise Street, lined with traditional shops and local treats. Continue to the Tokyo Skytree and admire breathtaking panoramic views from its 450-meter observatory. In the afternoon, experience the immersive digital art world of teamLab Planets, then spend leisure time in the vibrant waterfront district of Odaiba. Enjoy lunch and dinner at Indian restaurants before returning to your hotel for the night.

  • Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from route of your air ticket.
  • Cost of the Suggested Excursions, porterage, laundry, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the group menus.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

  • TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
  • 5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
  • (INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM)
  • If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
  • As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
  • In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
  • Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
  • On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
  • Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
  • Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
  • The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961.
  • SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
  • The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM The User Understands And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
  • The User Further Understand And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
