Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1 : Day 1 – Arrival in Tokyo

Welcome to Japan! Upon your arrival in Tokyo, you will be warmly greeted by our representative, who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. After completing the check-in formalities, take some time to relax and unwind. In the evening, enjoy a delightful dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Following dinner, you will be transferred back to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay, marking the beginning of your memorable journey in Japan.

Day 2 : Day 2 – Tokyo – Mt. Fuji – Tokyo

Today, after breakfast, set out for an unforgettable excursion to Mount Fuji, Japan’s most iconic peak. If weather conditions permit, ascend to the 5th Station for breathtaking panoramic views of the majestic mountain and its surrounding landscapes. After enjoying lunch at an Indian restaurant, continue to Owakudani, a dramatic volcanic valley famous for its steaming vents and scenic beauty. Experience a ride on the Hakone Ropeway, offering spectacular views of the region, followed by a relaxing cruise on Lake Ashi. In the evening, return to Tokyo for dinner at an Indian restaurant and an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 3 : Day 3 – Tokyo

Enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Tokyo after breakfast. Begin with a visit to the Tokyo Imperial Palace, then explore the historic Asakusa district, where you will see the famous Senso-ji and stroll along Nakamise Street, lined with traditional shops and local specialties. Continue to the Tokyo Skytree to admire panoramic views from its 450-meter observatory. In the afternoon, visit the immersive digital art museum teamLab Planets, followed by leisure time in the vibrant waterfront district of Odaiba. Enjoy lunch and dinner at Indian restaurants before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 4 : Day 4 – Tokyo – Hiroshima

Begin your day with breakfast and check out from the hotel, then visit the iconic Shibuya Crossing, one of the busiest pedestrian intersections in the world. After enjoying lunch at an Indian restaurant, proceed to board the bullet train to Hiroshima. (Your main luggage will be transferred directly to your Hiroshima hotel for convenience.) Upon arrival, visit the poignant Atomic Bomb Dome and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, both offering powerful insights into the city’s history and message of peace. Later, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and check in to your hotel in Hiroshima for an overnight stay.

Day 5 : Day 5 – Hiroshima – Osaka

After breakfast, check out of your hotel, then we take a ferry to Miyajima Island and visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Itsukushima Shrine, known for its iconic floating torii gate. Enjoy lunch at an Indian restaurant before boarding the bullet train from Hiroshima to Osaka. (Note: Your main luggage will be transferred directly to your Osaka hotel.) Upon arrival, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and later check in at your Osaka hotel.

Day 6 : Day 6 – Osaka – Nara – Osaka

After breakfast, travel to Nara for a half-day excursion. Visit the historic Todaiji Temple, home to one of Japan’s largest bronze Buddha statues, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Nara Deer Park, where friendly deer roam freely. Return to Osaka for lunch at an Indian restaurant. Later, visit the famous Osaka Castle and enjoy some leisure time exploring the bustling districts of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. End the day with dinner at an Indian restaurant before heading back to your hotel.

Day 7 : Day 7 – Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka

Experience Japanese culture firsthand with a traditional tea ceremony. Enjoy lunch at a local Indian restaurant before heading back to Osaka. Explore the fascinating Osaka Aquarium and admire panoramic city views from the Umeda Sky Building. Conclude the day with dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel.

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961.
SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM The User Understands And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”

- We Can Not Make Seat Selection In Group Tour From Our End If Guest Wants To Seats Together Guest Have To Inform At Boarding Counter At Airport For Same.
