Day 1 : Arrive in Moscow

Arrival at Moscow airport, Transfer to the hotel by car/van (no guide). Rest of the day is free at leisure to explore on your own. Overnight in Moscow hotel.

Note: Kindly note: St. Petersburg will be closed to visitors from 02nd to 07th June due to the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF)

Day 2 : Moscow – Half day city tour

After breakfast, depart for a half-day panoramic city tour of Moscow. This orientation experience takes you around the city’s most significant landmarks from the outside, including Red Square, the Cathedrals of St. Basil and Our Lady of Kazan, the historic GUM shopping arcades, Lenin’s Tomb, St. Sofia’s Embankment, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, the New Maiden Convent, and the Moscow State University campus with its beautiful panorama platform on Sparrow Hills. You will also pass by the White House of the Russian Federation. Return to the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight in Moscow.

Day 3 : Moscow - Day tour to Kremlin and Cathedrals

After breakfast, proceed on a full day tour to Moscow Kremlin and Cathedrals. The Kremlin is a historic fortified complex that used to be the residence of Tzar family located at the heart of Moscow, overlooking the Moskva River (to the south), Saint Basil’s Cathe dral and Red Square (to the east) and the Alexander Garden (to the west). It is the best known of Kremlins (Russian citadels) and includes four palaces, four cathedrals, and the enclosing Kremlin Wall with Kremlin towers. The complex serves as the official residence of the President of Russia. Overnight in Moscow.

Day 4 : Moscow – St. Petersburg

After breakfast at the hotel, check – out and transfer to train station to take “Sapsan” train to St. Petersburg (2nd class). Arrive in St. Petersburg and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure to explore on your own. Overnight at St. Petersburg.

Day 5 : St. Petersburg – Half day city tour

After breakfast, embark on a panoramic city tour of St. Petersburg. This half day orientation tour takes you around the city’s major attractions, including the Bronze Horseman, Peter and Paul Fortress, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Palace Bridge, the Hermitage Museum (from the outside) and Kazan Cathedral. After the tour, the evening is at leisure. Overnight at St. Petersburg.

Day 6 : St. Petersburg – Catherine’s Palace

After breakfast, visit Catherine’s Palace in Pushkin, renowned for its magnificent Baroque architecture and the world-famous Amber Room. Later, explore the Grand Maket Russia, an impressive miniature model showcasing the country’s landscapes, cities, and daily life.

Day 7 : Departure from St. Petersburg

40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
