Day 1 : welcome to yerevan, armenia!

Welcome to Yerevan – Arrival in Yerevan international airport after clearing custom & immigration procedures followed by baggage collection, you will be met by your Driver in the arrival’s hall. You will be escorted to your vehicle. Transfer to hotel 15:00 Check in at the hotel. Explore the vibrant capital of Armenia with a guided tour through its most iconic landmarks. Begin your journey at Mother Armenia, a towering statue symbolizing the strength and resilience of the Armenian people, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Stroll down to the Cascade, a grand stairway adorned with modern art and lush greenery, leading to the Cafesjian Center for the Arts. Continue to the Opera and Ballet Theater, an architectural masterpiece and cultural hub of Yerevan. Walk along Mashtots Avenue, a bustling street lined with shops and historical sites, leading to the heart of the city at Republic Square, famous for its stunning architecture and mesmerizing singing fountains. Conclude your tour at Tsitsernakaberd, the solemn Armenian Genocide Memorial, where you can pay tribute to history and reflect on Armenia’s past. Overnight in Yerevan

Day 2 : Lake Sevan-Sevanavank Monastery-Dilijan (Short Stop) - Parz Lake -Haghartsin Monastery

Breakfast at the hotel. During this trip, you will explore some of Armenia’s most breathtaking natural and historical sites. Start at Lake Sevan, the “Pearl of Armenia,” where you can enjoy the stunning blue waters and fresh mountain air. Visit the Sevanavank Monastery, an ancient 9th-century monastery perched on a peninsula, offering panoramic views of the lake. Continue to Dilijan, a charming resort town often called the “Armenian Switzerland,” where you will have a short stop to admire its lush forests and unique architecture. Continue our tour at Lake Parz, a picturesque place surrounded by deep green forests and enriched with an unbelievable atmosphere of pacification and harmony with nature Finally, explore Haghartsin Monastery, a hidden gem nestled in the forests, showcasing stunning medieval Armenian architecture and a peaceful atmosphere. Day 3 : Hin Areni Wine Factory - Shaki Waterfall - Tatev (Way back On Ropeway)

Breakfast at the hotel On this day, you will experience a perfect blend of nature, history, and culture in Armenia. Start your journey at the Hin Areni Wine Factory, where you will taste exquisite Armenian wines and learn about the region’s ancient winemaking traditions. Next, visit the breathtaking Shaki Waterfall, one of Armenia’s most beautiful natural wonders, where crystal-clear waters cascade down from a height of 18 meters, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. Finally, explore the stunning Tatev Monastery, a 9th-century architectural masterpiece perched on a cliff. GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”

- Incase Of Coach Breakdown Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Will Do Their Best Effort To Fix The Problem As Soon As Possible. But Make Sure There Will Be No Refund For Inconvenience Cause.
- Request To All Guest Please Don’t Leave Any Unattended Item In Vehicle While Leaving The Vehicle. We Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Are Not Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage.
- There Is No Specific Seat Allocation. Will Be Allocate First Cum First Serve Basis.
