Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour will meet at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, four hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
From here, you fly together with Shree Swaminaryan Tourism tour manager to Maui and begin your beautiful journey. Upon arrival, the Shree Swaminaryan Tourism Tour Manager will assist you with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or sightseeing place as per the itinerary.
Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities
If you are flying from cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or others, please ensure that you have received your complete travel details like airline, flight departure and arrival time, airport name, passport with valid visa etc. from your Shree Swaminaryan Tourism Travel Advisor. You will fly to the first destination of the tour as per your individual flight details. Upon arrival your tour manager will meet you at Kahului Airport or at the sightseeing place conveyed to you in advance.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure that you have received complete guidance for smooth arrival, hotel check-in or joining at sightseeing place, from your Shree Swaminaryan Tourism Tour Manager as well as travel adviser. Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination as per the tour plan conveyed to you.
Important Notes:
For Joining & Leaving guests the flight tickets, visa, insurance and airport transfers are to be borne by guests. Please ensure all these arrangements are as per the scheduled group tour. To avail of the group airport transfers, we request you to ensure your flight arrival is at the scheduled group airport and is minimum one hour before the group’s scheduled flight arrival time. For last day your flight departure time should be after the scheduled group flight departure time to avail the airport transfers.
Note:
• Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00 hrs) or later. If our flights are reaching in the morning, we cover one of the sightseeing’s to fill up the gap.
• We recommend you to take care of your travel documents, valuables, foreign exchange, and emergency contacts handy during your journey.
Maui – a vibrant gateway island known for its beaches, lush surroundings, and scenic Hawaiian landscapes. Upon arrival we have free time to relax.
Today we travel along the world-famous Hana Highway, enjoying postcard-perfect scenery and halting at some of the route’s most famous viewpoints and attractions. Further we visit two of the most beautiful beaches in the United States – Koki and Homoa beaches. Continue to Ke’anae – a historic Hawaiian hamlet, known for its fishermen and the photo-worthy atmosphere and see the final resting place of aviator Charles Lindbergh.
Today we explore Maui. We visit Alexander and Baldwin Sugar Museum located in the small sugarcane growing and milling community of Pu’unene. The museum exhibits the history of Hawaiian sugarcane plantations. Followed by visit to Maui Nui Botanical Garden – dedicated to conserve Maui Nui’s rich native plants and cultural heritage. Later we fly to Honululu – the capital of Hawaii, known for serene beaches, island culture, and scenic ocean views. Later we enjoy Luau Show – a traditional Hawaiian cultural show.
Today we enjoy the guided Grand Circle Island tour of Oahu which includes a visit to the Diamond Head Crater, Nu’uanu Pali Lookout. Then we enjoy photo stop at Halona Point Blow Hole, followed by a visit to the exquisite Byodo-In Temple – a replica of an ancient Japanese temple.
Later we stroll around the famous North shore surfing beaches and get an opportunity to sample farm-fresh pineapple at the Dole Plantation. Further we visit the famous Waikiki Beach.
Today we take a city orientation tour of Honolulu. We drive past King Kamehameha I statue, then we take a photo stop at Lolani Palace, Honolulu State Capitol. Followed by visit to Pearl Harbor National Memorial – The site commemorates the events of the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.
Today morning we arrive at Cancun – Mexico’s most popular tourist destination known its sand beaches, nightlife, water sports.
Upon arrival, we will enjoy views from Cancun Bay and take a photo stop at Colourful Cancun sign at Letras Cancun Y Mirador. (Subject to weather conditions)
Today we proceed to Chichen Itza – a large pre-Columbian city built by the Mayans is now considered as one of new seven wonders of the world. . We see, Chichen Itza Pyramid – also known as Pyramid of Kukulcan is one of the tallest and most remarkable example of Mayan architecture, The Ball game – a game court area that was used to perform ceremonial rituals, Tzompantli – also known as platform of skulls, the platform of the eagles and jaguars, The Venus Platform, Temple of Warriors – a structure that shows reliefs of warriors and eagles and jaguars devouring human hearts as well as representations of the god Tlalchitonatiuh, The Thousand Columns Group, The Market Place, Sacred Cenote – a naturally formed open well. As part of the cult offered to the water god the pre-Hispanic Maya made ceremonial offerings, throwing into the well many precious objects.
In the evening, we enjoy spectacular sound and light show full of history and beautiful light effects, that showcase different aspects of Mayan culture
Today we enjoy a boat ride to observe the marine life in the reef of Punta Nizuc and the magnificent sculptures of the Underwater Museum of Art (MUSA), where the art pieces offer a space for the growth of the Coral in our Caribbean Sea. Later we enjoy views from Cancun Bay and take a photo stop at Colourful Cancun sign at Letras Cancun Y Mirador. (Subject to weather conditions).
Today we fly to Mexico City – capital and largest city of Mexico renowned for its abundant museums, heritage sites, and cultural richness.Upon arrival, explore Mexico City. We pass by Palacio de Bellas Artes. We then take a photo stop at Museo Soumaya. Then we visit Zocalo – main square of Central Mexico City. Here we view Palacio Nacional – a seat of the federal executive in Mexico and Catedral Metropolitana de la Ciudad de Mexico.
Today we proceed to Teotihuacan – an ancient Mesoamerican city located in northeast direction of Mexico City.
Upon arrival, we explore this vast Mexican archaeological complex. Here we see, pyramid of the sun – believed to have been constructed during 200 CE and largest building in Teotihuacan, The avenue of the dead – main pathway between the pyramids in complex, the jaguar mural – also known as the Palace of the Jaguars and pyramid of the moon – Second largest pyramid located in the eastern part of the Teotihuacan ancient city.

J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
