Day 1 : Arrival in the city of a thousand, Antananarivo

Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be welcomed by our team, followed by a presentation of your itinerary and the handover of your travel documents. Transfer to your accommodation. Day at leisure and overnight in Antananariv

Day 2 : Towards to the city of Morondava

After Breakfast check out from the hotel and Transfer to the airport for your flight to Morondava. Arrive in Morondava & you will be transferred to the hotel. Check into the hotel. Day at Leisure. Overnight in Morondava Hotel .

Day 3 : Entry Point to the Tsingy

Breakfast in the hotel. Check out from the Morondava hotel and On the way to Bekopaka. Along the route, discover the Sakalava tombs, royal graves adorned with figurines, each carrying a unique significance. Lunch will be at your own expense in Belo sur Tsiribihina. Continue the journey to Bekopaka. Check-in at the hotel. Dinner in the hotel and Overnight stay in Bekopaka.

Day 4 : Exploring the Tsingy of Bemaraha

The day will be dedicated to a guided tour of the Grand Tsingy, the highlight of the Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park, which spans 157,710 hectares. The Tsingy, or ‘pointed rocks,’ are limestone needles interspersed with dense dry forests, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This area is home to lemurs (rufus, hapalemur, sifaka), as well as various birds and the endemic ring-tailed mongoose. Dinner in the hotel and Overnight stay in Bekopaka.

Day 5 : Visit to the Avenue of the Baobabs

After Breakfast in the hotel check out from the hotel and Continue on the road to Morondava. Lunch in your charge. Stop at the Avenue of the Baobabs to admire the sunset. Dinner in the hotel and Overnight stay in Morondava.

Day 6 : Flight to the capital

Breakfast in the hotel and check out. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Antananarivo. You will be welcomed upon arrival and transferred to your hotel. Day at leisure and enjoy hotel facilities and aminities . Overnight stay in Antananarivo.

Day 7 : Return to your country

If time permits, a tour of the capital will take you through the intermediate city and the upper town. Lunch will be at your expense. There will be an opportunity to visit the artisan markets and purchase souvenirs. Day use at the hotel, followed by a transfer to the airport for your return flight to your country with the beautiful memories of Madagascar.

40000 INR Per Person Deposit Amount At The Time Of Booking & Its Non-Refundable @ Any Circumstances.
2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)
Remaining Payment will clear before 25 Days of Departure dates.
ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
The Package rates are based on a group of 6 passengers and are subject to change depending on the final group size.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.
