Day 1 : Arrival In Baku

Arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, met by representative and transfer to Hotel. Check-in to Hotel. Check in Time 1400 hours. Fresh n up & Relax at Hotel. Enjoy Baku on your own. Overnight stay in Baku.

Day 2 : Baku City And Old City Walking Tour | Hyder Aliyev Car Museum

Morning after Breakfast, you will depart for the Baku city tour. Baku is the capital and commercial hub of Azerbaijan. First, you will visit Carpet Museum with Entrance Ticket. The carpet museum displays Azerbaijani carpets and rugs with Historical and modern weaving techniques and materials. Next to the carpet museum, you will see Little Venice. Little Venice is a great & clean refreshing park to walk and relax. You can take a ride in Gandolas, take pictures, and just enjoy the trip. After lunch in a Local restaurant. Enjoy Baku Boulevard area. You will also visit old part of Baku Icheri Seher, Maiden Tower. Evening you will visit Nizami Street. Nizami Street is home to various outlet, from banks to fashion stores and is one of the most expensive streets in the world. Dinner in a Local Restaurant. Overnight In Baku.

Hyder Aliyev Centre and Visit Vintage Car Museum

It is a 619,000 sq. ft. building complex in Baku, Azerbaijan designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid. The Heydar Aliyev Centre represents a fluid form which emerges by the folding of the landscape’s natural topography and by the wrapping of individual functions of the Centre. All functions of the Center, together with entrances, are represented by folds in a single continuous surface.

Day 3 : Check Out From Baku Hotel And Depart For Gabala And On The Way Visit Gobustan And Mud Volcano

Morning after Breakfast, check out from Baku Hotel and Depart for Gabala and on the way visit Gobustan Museum, where you will see ancient human bones, work tools used back to thousand years ago during the Mesolithic period. Gobustan geographical region is situated in the west-south of Baku. The meaning of the word «Gobustan» is derived from two words «gobu» – «ravine» and «stan»- «place», i.e. ravine area. The word «gobu» is also of Turkic origin and means «a dried up river valley».

After visiting Gobustan Museum, you will advance to the mountain in order to see real rock paintings in the open air museum. Later on, the tour will proceed to the Mud Volcano which is 20 mins away from Gobustan National Museum. Azerbaijan keeps the first place in the world for the number of mud volcanoes. About 300 mud volcanoes are to be found in Azerbaijan – at the shore, in the sea and on islands. During this trip you will get a great chance to see these rare and active volcanoes from very close distance. Later Depart for Gabala and Overnight in Gabala.

Day 4 : Gabala Tour

Morning after Breakfast, Visit Tufandag Summer – Winter Complex and take a cable car to enjoy the view of some high points of Greater Caucasus. Later, we’ll head to Nohur Lake in Gabala. Enjoy the beautiful nature of Nohur.

We will visit to Yeddi Gozel Waterfall – The name of the waterfall means seven beauties. There are seven steps to go up the mountain. The waterfall is situated in the wood near the main road near West of Vandam. Although the waterfall is hard to climb, it is worth visiting. Each year thousands of people visit the waterfall. Visit to Gabala Shooting Centre. Explore the local market in Gabala. Overnight in Gabala.

Day 5 : Check Out From Gabala + Ateshgah & Burning Mountain Tour

Breakfast at Hotel, Check out from Gabala Hotel and Depart for Baku. On the way Visit Fire Temple and Fire Mountain in Baku. The ancient zoroastrian temple “Ateshgah” which is considered as an authentic Azerbaijani exotic site to visit. It is located approximately 30 km from the center of Baku in the suburb of Surakhany. You will learn a lot about the temple from your guide, particularly, more about the history of creation of such a temple in Baku and unique natural phenomenon of burning natural gas outlets. Later you will visit Yanar Dagh (“Burning Mountain”) In the second part of visit, after visiting the temple you will go directly to “Yanar Dag” (“Burning Mountain”), located not too far from Ateshgah Temple. It is the most famous and popular tourist site of the “eternal flame” in Azerbaijan. Actually, it is rather a hill than a mountain, with natural gas burning on its slope from ancient times. 2nd part of Payment after 15 Days of Booking. (30000 INR)

ROE will be calculate @ final payment.
GST 5 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.
TCS 5 / 20 % is applicable on Total Tour Cost.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
