• C.A. Certification of your total movable assets / Immovable Property (FAMILY NETWORTH REPORT)
• 6 months Personal Saving Bank Statement with sufficient funds available covering the expense of your trip. Updated till date with bank stamp and sign.
• Personal Income Tax return with computation sheet of last 3 years.
• Movable and immovable investments proof (lic, mutual funds, ppf, share report, property valuation report, tax bill, electricity bill, allotment letter, 7/12 utara, fixed deposit, etc) Must be in English

• Retirement letter from Employer
• Pension Passbook
• Provident Fund Slip
• Proof of legal status in AUSTRALIA (passport and visa copy)
• Utility bill (House residence proof)
• 3 months bank statement
• Job offer letter or pay slip last 3 months
• University letter (if student)
• Doctor letter (if visiting for medical reason)

• Bonafide certificate from School / College / Institute
• Student ID card

• A letter of invitation from relative or friend in AUSTRALIA
• Proof of legal status in AUSTRALIA (passport and visa copy)
• Utility bill (House residence proof)
• 3 months bank statement
• Job offer letter or pay slip last 3 months
• University letter (if student)
• Doctor letter (if visiting for medical reason)

• If divorced – Divorce deed
• If divorced and do not have child custody with self then mandatory to provide consent letter from other parent along with National ID proof.
• If spouse name not mentioned in passport then Marriage Certificate
• If widow/er- Death certificate of spouse
• Note : All documents Must be in English

• If applying for more than 3 months stay i.e. 6 months or 12 months.
• Applicant with the age 75 or above or if Australian High Commission ask for Medical process
• Medical process for chest x-ray and normal medical test which will done thru only authorize Hospitals in metro cities. Please check below link for authorized hospital list in your city.
