Day 1 : Arrive At Baku Airport And Later Depart For Gabala

After completing your immigration you will meet our representative at Airport. Enjoy your brunch at Baku Local restaurant. Later depart for Gabala. Check-in into the hotel. Check in in Time 1500 Hours. Evening you will enjoy Dinner In Gabala Local Restaurant. Overnight in Gabala Hotel.

Below Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date.
The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing.
Jain Meals means no onion, no garlic & no potato.
For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before the group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only.
We provide arrival and departure only 1 airport transfers for group. For any other arrival and departure transfers additional cost will be applicable.
If Flight timing differs from our group timings, then transfers need to arrange on your own in a taxi to a hotel or vice versa. Please check flight timing with us before booking.
Porter services are not available in Azerbaijan due to manpower shortage. So we insist you to carry luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Passengers have to handle their luggage on their own.
Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction or tour, there will be no refund.

Day 2 : Enjoy Gabala

Morning after Breakfast, you will depart to visit second major destination, Gabala, a city surrounded by Caucasus Mountains. We will go to Tufandag Summer-Winter Complex and take a cable car to enjoy the view of some high points of Greater Caucasus. Later, we’ll head to Nohur Lake in Gabala. Enjoy the beautiful nature of Nohur. Enjoy your time in mountains. Later you will enjoy Riffle Shooting at Gabala. Per person 05 Bullets we will provide. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Gabala Hotel.

Day 3 : Check Out From Gabala & Depart For Baku, Enjoy Baku City Tour, Hyder Aliyev Car Museum

Morning after breakfast, you will check out from Gabala & depart for the Baku. Baku is the capital and commercial hub of Azerbaijan. First you will visit Marty’s lane. Martyrs’ Lane or Alley of Martyrs formerly known as the Kirov Park, is a cemetery and memorial in Baku, Azerbaijan dedicated to those killed by the Soviet Army during Black January 1990 and in the First Nagorno-Karabakh War of 1988–1994. You will see Little Venice. Little Venice is a great & clean refreshing park to walk and relax. You can take a ride in Gandolas (Optional), take pictures, and just enjoy the trip. After lunch in a Local restaurant. Enjoy Baku Boulevard area. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Baku Hotel.

Day 4 : Depart For Fire Temple And Mountain Tour

Morning after breakfast, you will depart to visit the Fire Temple & Fire Mountain. “Ateshgah” which is considered as an authentic Azerbaijani exotic site to visit. It is located approximately 30 km from the center of Baku in the suburb of Surakhany. You will learn a lot about the temple from your guide, particularly, more about the history of creation of such a temple in Baku and unique natural phenomenon of burning natural gas outlets. Later you will visit Yanar Dagh (“Burning Mountain”) In the second part of visit, after visiting the temple you will go directly to “Yanar Dag” (“Burning Mountain”), located not too far from Ateshgah Temple. It is the most famous and popular tourist site of the “eternal flame” in Azerbaijan. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Baku Hotel.

Day 5 : Visit Gobustan

Morning after Breakfast, you will visit Gobustan Museum, where you will see ancient human bones and work tools used back a thousand years ago during the Mesolithic period. Gobustan geographical region is situated in the west-south of Baku. After visiting Gobustan Museum you will visit the mountain in order to see real rock paintings in the open-air museum. Later the tour will proceed to the Mud Volcano which is 20 minutes away from Gobustan National Museum. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Baku Hotel.

Day 6 : Enjoy Old Baku City & Visit Hyder Aliyev Car Museum

Morning after Breakfast, you will depart for walking tour of Old Baku City. You will visit old part of Baku Icheri Seher, Maiden Tower. Evening you will visit Nizami Street. Nizami Street is home to various outlet, from banks to fashion stores and is one of the most expensive streets in the world. Enjoy Lunch in Local Restaurant. Later you will visit Hydern Aliyev Car Museum. It is show case s a remarkable collection of classic and luxury automobiles, including state cars, retro vehicles and unique models like Buggati Veyron, offering insights into automotive history and Azerbaijani Leadership. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Baku Hotel.

Day 7 : Check Out From The Hotel And Depart For Shahdag Trip & Later Depart For Airport

Morning after breakfast, you will check out from the hotel. you will depart for Shahdag. Here you will enjoy shahdag cable car ride and Shahdag Roller Coaster. Enjoy Dinner in Local Restaurant. You will depart for Baku airport for your flight back home.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism.
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. The User Understands And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Shree Swaminarayan Tourism That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Shree Swaminarayan Tourism Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”
