Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour will meet at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, four hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
From here, you fly together with Shree Swaminaryan Tourism tour manager to Copenhagen – the Danish capital known for its fairy-tale flair over the centuries and begin your beautiful journey. Upon arrival, the Shree Swaminaryan Tourism Tour Manager will assist you with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or sightseeing place as per the itinerary.
Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities
If you are flying from cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or others, please ensure that you have received your complete travel details like airline, flight departure and arrival time, airport name, passport with valid visa etc. from your Shree Swaminaryan Tourism Travel Advisor. You will fly to the first destination of the tour as per your individual flight details. Upon arrival your tour manager will meet you at Copenhagen airport or at the sightseeing place conveyed to you in advance.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure that you have received complete guidance for smooth arrival, hotel check-in or joining at sightseeing place, from your Shree Swaminaryan TourismTour Manager as well as travel adviser. Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination as per the tour plan conveyed to you.
Important Notes:
For Joining & Leaving guests the flight tickets, visa, insurance and airport transfers are to be borne by guests. Please ensure all these arrangements are as per the scheduled group tour. To avail of the group airport transfers, we request you to ensure your flight arrival is at the scheduled group airport and is minimum one hour before the group’s scheduled flight arrival time. For last day your flight departure time should be after the scheduled group flight departure time to avail the airport transfers.
Note:
• Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00 hrs) or later. If our flights are reaching in the morning, we cover one of the sightseeing’s to fill up the gap.
• We recommend you to take care of your travel documents, valuables, foreign exchange, and emergency contacts handy during your journey.
Today we proceed to stroll around Nyhavn – the most iconic landmark in Copenhagen. Lined with wooden ships, modern boats, and multicolored townhouses. Nyhavn, meaning New Harbor, was originally a bustling commercial port where ships from around the globe would dock.
Note: As per the Schengen visa rule, we need to process your Schengen visa from the consulate of the country we’ll be entering first on our Europe tour or staying in for the maximum number of days. ‘Joining & Leaving’ guests will also have to get their visas processed from the consulate of the same country; otherwise, boarding might be denied by the airline, or even entry into that country can be banned.
Today we proceed to Helsingør (Elsinore) – a port city. Here we visit the UNESCO-listed Kronborg Castle which is immortalized in Shakespeare’s ‘Hamlet.’ We then hop on a ferry to Helsingborg from Helsingør and then proceed to Lund, Sweden – a city of history, culture, science and innovation. Here we visit Lund Cathedral. Later we proceed to Malmö. Here we take a photo stop near Malmö Rådhus – a historical town hall in Malmo. We then drive through Öresund Bridge – the longest combined railway and road bridge in Europe. Later we return to Copenhagen.
Today we enjoy Copenhagen city, we visit Christiansborg palace – a palace and government building. It is the seat of the Danish Parliament, the Danish Prime Minister’s Office, and the Supreme Court of Denmark. Later in the orientation tour we pass by Renaissance Stock Exchange – also known as Børsbygningen, a 17th-century stock exchange in the centre of Copenhagen, followed by a famous statue of the Little Mermaid – a bronze statue by Edvard Eriksen, depicting a mermaid becoming human. Later we embark on an overnight cruise to Oslo.
Today morning we arrive at Oslo – capital of Norway, a cosmopolitan city with an abundance of world-class architecture and museums.
Upon arrival, we explore Oslo city, we visit Vigeland Sculpture Park – the largest sculpture park in the world by a single artist, boasting over 200 pieces by Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland, Holmenkollen Ski Museum and its observation deck – world’s oldest ski museum, it represents more than 4,000 years of skiing history, Norwegian polar exploration artefacts and an exhibition on snowboarding and modern skiing. The observation deck on top of the jump tower offers panoramic views of Oslo, Fram Museum – dedicated to Norwegian polar exploration and houses the most famous Norwegian polar-exploration boat of all time, the icebreaker Fram. Later we take a photo stop at Opera House – home of the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet, and the national opera theatre in Norway.
Today we fly to Lofoten Islands. It’s known for its dramatic scenery, wild fjords, colorful cottage houses, sparkling blue waters, jutting mountaintops and breath-taking beautiful vistas. Upon arrival we have free time to relax and explore the surroundings.
Today we embark on the Lofoten Islands tour, we will explore the most spectacular, natural, historical, and cultural locations that the Lofoten Islands offer. Sit on pure white beaches, gazing at the crystal-clear sea, and admire imposing mountains that have stood for billions of years, like ancient Viking warriors guarding magnificent cliffs where the North Sea waves break. We then visit archaeological sites that tell the story of the Viking population and the origins of this land. We then walk among the old “Rorbu” (traditional fishermen’s houses) in the colorful villages scattered across the islands which allows us to discover the true spirit of these islands—not only visiting the iconic fishing villages that have made Lofoten famous worldwide, but also exploring the untouched nature, the most genuine and extraordinary aspect of this stunning archipelago. Later while driving through the islands, we’ll take in the breathtaking landscapes—white sandy beaches, towering snow-capped mountains, and the unique Arctic scenery. We will breathe in the rich history and atmosphere of the ancient times when fishermen gathered for the cod fishing season. Among the highlights of these islands are Gimsøy Island, Bøstad with its panoramic views, Vestfjord, and Henningsvær, often referred to as the Venice of the North.
Today we embark on a Boat safari which offers a unique opportunity to observe these majestic birds up close. Sea Eagle – The majestic white-tailed eagle is Norway’s largest bird of prey and dominates the skies of Lofoten. From the decks of open boats, we can experience close contact with nature and the elements, witnessing the majestic sea eagles and the dramatic natural beauty. During the safari, we pass by abandoned fishing settlements, providing insight into the rich history and heritage of the area.
Today we fly to Bergen – known as the city with seven mountains.
Today we experience the essence of Norway through Norway in a nutshell tour. In the morning, we proceed to Gudvagen. Here we take a ferry and visit Sognefjord – King of the Fjords, is the largest and deepest fjord in Norway. Further we proceed to Flam and board the train for Myrdal – one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world.
This train will take us through some of the most beautiful mountain scenery, valleys and countless waterfalls.
From Myrdal we change trains and return to Bergen.
Today we enjoy a walking tour of Bergen Wharf – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the fish market. Then we travel by a Funicular Tram ride to Mt. Floyen From the top, enjoy panoramic views of Bergen’s colourful harbor, surrounding fjords, and the cluster of mountains that embrace the city.
Later we fly to Stockholm – the capital of Sweden combines modern attractions with historic charm.
Today we visit, Nobel Prize Museum – a place that celebrates human imagination, innovation and the remarkable stories of laureates from around the world. Here, we explore inspiring exhibits that bring alive the legacy of Alfred Nobel and the groundbreaking achievements that continue to shape our world. Followed by visit to, Royal Palace – the official residence of His Majesty the King of Sweden, with over 600 rooms. The palace dates back to the 18th century and is one of the most interesting historic buildings in Stockholm.
Then we have free time for shopping at Drottninggatan, one of Stockholm’s most lively and vibrant shopping streets. Lined with fashion stores, boutiques, cafés and Swedish design outlets, it offers the perfect opportunity to pick up souvenirs, updated styles, or simply enjoy the energetic city vibe.
Later, we visit Ice Bar – a magical fairy tale adventure with the wondrous surroundings of snow and ice.
Today morning, we visit Magnificent Town Hall – the building of Municipal Council which houses offices, conference rooms, ceremonial halls, and luxury restaurants.
Then we visit, Vasa Ship Museum – Vasa is the only preserved seventeenth-century ship in the world and a unique art treasure. More than 95 percent of the ship is original, and it is decorated with hundreds of carved sculptures.
In the evening, we embark on an overnight cruise to Helsinki – the capital city of Finland well known for its innovative art, culture and architecture.
Today morning we arrive at Helsinki. Upon arrival we enjoy Helsinki City, during the city orientation tour we pass by Modern Finlandia Hall – a dynamic, multipurpose venue located in the centre of Helsinki, City Hall – a central administrative building of Helsinki, Parliament House – the official location of the governing body of Finland, Presidential Palace – the official residence of the President, although today it is used primarily for presidential functions and receptions, the Monumental railroad station – one of the most visited site in the city, Lutheran Cathedral – the symbol of Helsinki. The church was originally built from 1830-1852 as a tribute to the Grand Duke of Finland, Olympic Stadium – built in 1938. Olympic Games were held here in 1952. Today it hosts both national and international sporting events and outdoor concerts, Sibelius monument – dedicated to the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius, Market Square – the most famous market in Finland, it has been a centre of trade for hundreds of years.
Today we enjoy a day trip to Tallinn – capital city of Estonia by ferry. Upon arrival we explore Tallinn city, we visit the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral – a Russian Orthodox Church. Later we walk through the city and take photo stops at Toompea Hill – a limestone hill in the central part of the city. Today Toompea is the centre of the Government of Estonia and the parliament house, Old Town – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and world’s most recognised landmarks, Parliament building – also known as Toompea Castle, it was built in 13th century. Today the castle is home to Estonian parliament, Dome church – also known as St. Mary’s Cathedral, is the oldest church in Tallinn and Estonia, 15th century Luhike Jalg Gate – also known as the walls around Tallinn city.
Later we return to Helsinki.

If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
