Day 1 : Levi

Silence, pureness and unique natural environments, unparalleled in the world — welcome to Levi and Finnish Lapland. Arrive in Levi and proceed to your hotel by your private transfer. Evening is at leisure or you can enjoy Sauna at your hotel at an additional price. Overnight at Levi.

Day 2 : Levi – Snowshoeing Activity & Snowmobile Safari

Today after breakfast proceed to Snowshoeing Activity. Snowshoeing is a great way to experience Lapland’s winter landscapes. You can enjoy fresh, clean air, experience the peace and tranquillity of nature and also enjoy some light and fun exercise. Later transfer back to hotel. In evening you will proceed for Snowmobile Safari. It is recommended to have early dinner before the tour. This is a unique Snowmobiling Adventure in Levi and feel the excitement of driving through the snowy forests in the Lappish wilderness! Don’t forget to keep your eyes on the sky – you may get to admire a light show if luck is on our side. Overnight at Levi.

Day 3 : Levi – Husky Safari & Northern Lights Tour

After breakfast head into the frozen forests of Finland accompanied by some furry friends on a husky safari from Levi. Ideal for families and dog lovers which includes a visit to a husky farm and a sled ride led by the strong dogs. Glide through snowy forests on a sled pulled by happy huskies! Later get transfer to your hotel.
In evening you will proceed for Northern Lights tour. This isn’t just another Northern Lights tour—it’s an adventure for those who want the best chance to witness nature’s most magical display. Later transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Levi.

Day 4 : Levi – Helsinki

After breakfast get transfer to Kittila Airport to board flight to Helsinki. Arrival in Helsinki and get transfer to your hotel. Later proceed for Helsinki City tour. Visit famous spots like Senate Square, the beautiful Helsinki Cathedral, Sibelius Monument, and the unique Rock Church. Stroll through local markets, enjoy seaside views, and get a taste of Finnish culture and design. Later transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Helsinki.

Day 5 : Helsinki - Cruise to Tallinn

Today after breakfast, procced for to visit Tallinn by Cruise. Discover the unique and charming neighbourhoods and spend a wonderful day in another capital city. Did you know that Helsinki and Tallinn are only 80 kilometres apart? Enjoy stunning sea views, shopping and dining on board. Wander through the medieval Old Town with its cobblestone streets and historic landmarks, visit fascinating museums, and enjoy panoramic views from Toompea Hill. Later transfer to back to hotel.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961.
SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM The User Understands And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking

- We Can Not Make Seat Selection In Group Tour From Our End If Guest Wants To Seats Together Guest Have To Inform At Boarding Counter At Airport For Same.
- The Internal Airline Used Are LCC, No Food Will Be Served On Board. It Allows Only 20 Kg Check In Luggage And 07 Kg Cabin Luggage. Excess Baggage Charged Will Be Bear By Guest .
