Day 1 : Arrive Levi

Silence, pureness and unique natural environments, unparalleled in the world — welcome to Levi and Finnish Lapland. Arrive in Levi and proceed to your hotel by your private transfer. Evening is at leisure to enjoy Sauna at your hotel. Overnight at Levi.

Day 2 : Levi – Snowmobile Safari to Search for the Northern Lights in Levi

Today Morning at leisure. Evening proceed to pick up point on own for Snowmobile Safari to Search for the Northern Lights. You can easily reach the good spots to search for the Northern Lights by snowmobile! The snowy forests look truly magical in the darkness, especially when they are lit by the moon and stars. Snowmobiling after dark is an experience in itself even if the auroras do not show up for us. Stop along the way to prepare a tasty snack on the fire, just like the locals. Don’t forget to keep your eyes on the sky – you may get to admire a light show if luck is on our side. Overnight at Levi.

Note: Northern Lights are a natural occurrence and we are unable to guarantee activity vibrancy or colour on the evening of the safari.
This tour operates only on Tuesday Thursday Friday Sunday. Dinner is not included hence its recommend to have early dinner before tour on own.

Day 3 : Levi – Rovaniemi - Northern Lights Tour

Today after breakfast proceed to Rovaniemi hotel by your private transfer. In Evening proceed for Northern Lights tour by Shared coach. This will offer a unique opportunity to witness the Northern Lights in Rovaniemi, with a focus on maximizing viewing chances and flexibility. Later return to your hotel. Overnight at Rovaniemi.

Day 4 : Rovaniemi - Arctic Circle, Santa Claus Village and Santas Reindeer

Today after breakfast proceed to city centre departure point to Cross the Arctic Circle and explore the Santa Claus Village all in one hassle-free trip on this half-day tour from Rovaniemi. Join an Arctic Circle crossing ceremony and enjoy the attractions of the Santa Claus Village independently. Meet Santa Claus and his reindeers, visit elf workshops, Snowmobile museum, shop for local crafts and gifts. In Santa’s village or nearby we can also meet Santa’s reindeers. Make friends and relatives happy by ordering a Santa Claus Letter, which will be sent by Santa Claus before Christmas. All post will be stamped by hand using the special postmark of the Santa Claus Post Office. After tour back to hotel. Overnight at Rovaniemi.

Day 5 : Rovaniemi

Day is at leisure to choose from few interesting activities in Rovaniemi. Overnight at Rovaniemi

Optional: Aurora Ice Floating under the Northern lights in a private lake at additional cost of EUR 130 per person

Day 6 : Rovaniemi– Helsinki

Today proceed to airport by your shared transfer. Arrive at Helsinki and make your own way to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore Helsinki on your own. Visit the Oodi library, walk past the Parliament house, visit the old market hall, shop and dine at the Mannerheimintie (street). Overnight at Helsinki.

Day 7 : Helsinki- Hometown

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961.
SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM The User Understands And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking

- We Can Not Make Seat Selection In Group Tour From Our End If Guest Wants To Seats Together Guest Have To Inform At Boarding Counter At Airport For Same.
- The Internal Airline Used Are LCC, No Food Will Be Served On Board. It Allows Only 20 Kg Check In Luggage And 07 Kg Cabin Luggage. Excess Baggage Charged Will Be Bear By Guest .
