Day 1 : Copenhagen

Embark on this awe-inspiring and scenic journey with us where you will explore Scandinavian Countries on this tour. Welcome to Copenhagen which has been the seat of the oldest kingdom in the world and its grandeur finds its expression in the city’s royal residences. Arrive and transfer to the Hotel. Check in to the Hotel. Later Enjoy One Hour Canal Cruise. Return back. Overnight in Copenhagen.

Day 2 : Copenhagen – Overnight Ferry To Oslo

After Breakfast, Check out and Explore the city using 24 Hours Hop on Hop off Bus Pass. We will start our tour with visit to the statue of The Little Mermaid sits on a rock in the harbour which based on a tale by Hans Christian Andersen and much more. Later transfer yourself to Pier to board an overnight ferry to Oslo. Enjoy Local Dinner on board. Overnight on board on Cruise.

Day 3 : Oslo

Breakfast on board. After finishing disembarkation and formalities we start our journey of one of the most beautiful country Norway. Arrive and transfer on your own to your hotel and check in. Later depart for a Guided City Tour of Oslo. We shall pass by the main monuments of the city such as Karl Johan’s Gate, The Royal Palace, Akershus Castle and many more. Afterward be fascinated by sculpture art of Gustav Vigeland while you visit Vigeland Sculpture Park. The park contains 192 sculptures with more than 600 figures, all modelled in full size showcasing human emotions beautifully. Later visit the Fram Museum. The Fram Museum is a museum telling the story of Norwegian Polar Exploration. Return back to Hotel. Overnight in Oslo.

Day 4 : Oslo – Voss

After breakfast, Check out and transfer yourself to Oslo train station to take train to Myrdal. Which is a Part of Norway in Nutschell tour. Arrive Myrdal. Take another train to Flam. Arrive Flam and spend some time to leisure. Later take a scenic ferry to Gudvangen through the fjords. Arrive Gudvangen and later take a bus to Voss. Arrive Voss Check in and Overnight in Voss.

The city was founded in 1250 and it is cultural, political and economic Centre for the country. The city known as the beauty on water as it is situated on archipelago of 14 islands. You will be transferred to hotel. Check in. Later day free for leisure. Overnight in Stockholm.

After Breakfast, depart to Visit Drottningholm Palace. Enjoy the One Way Boat Ride to reach Drottningholm Palace. Later visit the Vasa Museum where you will explore the beautiful Vasa Ship sank on her maiden voyage in 1628 and salvaged 333 years later in 1961. After visit to Vasa Museum. Day 10 : Stockholm – Overnight Ferry To Helsinki

Overseas medical policy :

Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro per person, insurance must cover the entire stay in Schengen territory and be valid for all Schengen States. Insurance should cover repatriation and emergency medical care.

For Schengen visa process all the necessary documents should be in Photocopy except those documents which are asked in Original.

All visa applicants irrespective of nationality who applied for Schengen visa should come personally at local VFS office to give mandatory fingerprint formality (if biometrics not given in last 59 months).

If Biometric is given after 2nd November 2015 then application may be submitted without presence, subject to Embassy approval.

Granting Visas is sole discretion of Consulates / Embassy, subject to the documents submitted.

No documents will be returned back by Embassy/Consulate after visa process.

Must declare rejection if rejected in any country in last 10 years and mention rejection year and category of visa of Rejected country.

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961.
SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM The User Understands And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”

- We Can Not Make Seat Selection In Group Tour From Our End If Guest Wants To Seats Together Guest Have To Inform At Boarding Counter At Airport For Same.
