Day 1 : Rovaniemi

Arrive at Rovaniemi Airport. You will be transfer to your hotel and check in. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Rovaniemi.

Day 2 : Rovaniemi

After breakfast, you will be proceed on your own to the departure point of the City Tour and a visit to Santa Claus Village. Drive through the city and discover the most exciting places. After that visit the Santa Claus Village. An excellent opportunity to visit original Santa Claus and his residence! Cross the Arctic Circle, send postcards to relatives or friends with a stamp the Arctic Circle. Find out what is happening in Santa Village and to do things according to personal interests. Return back to hotel and overnight in Rovaniemi.

Day 3 : Rovaniemi - Saariselka

After breakfast, check out and you will be proceed on your own to the departure point to board a bus to Saariselka. Arrive at Saariselka and you will be depart on your own to hotel and check in. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Saariselka.

Day 4 : Saariselka

After breakfast, you will be proceed on your own to the for the departure point of Husky Tour. Drive to the Husky farm where the huskies are already waiting to take you on a ride into the white and pure wilderness.Explore the great outdoors and get close to nature in the frozen countryside. Return back and overnight in Saariselka.

Day 5 : Saariselka - Helsinki

Today morning after breakfast check out and you will be transfer to Ivalo airport to board a flight to Helsinki. Arrive at Helsinki and you will be transfer to Hotel and check in. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Helsinki.

Day 6 : Helsinki

After breakfast, you will be proceed on your own to the departure point of the Panorama Audio City Tour of Helsinki. The tour takes you in the most interesting parts of Helsinki, such as the historical center with Senate Square, the Presidential Palace, City Hall, the Parliament building, Finlandia Hall, the Opera House and Kaivopuisto area. Return back to the Hotel. Overnight in Helsinki.

Overseas medical policy :

Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro per person, insurance must cover the entire stay in Schengen territory and be valid for all Schengen States. Insurance should cover repatriation and emergency medical care.

Note :

For Schengen visa process all the necessary documents should be in Photocopy except those documents which are asked in Original.

All visa applicants irrespective of nationality who applied for Schengen visa should come personally at local VFS office to give mandatory fingerprint formality (if biometrics not given in last 59 months).

If Biometric is given after 2nd November 2015 then application may be submitted without presence, subject to Embassy approval.

Granting Visas is sole discretion of Consulates / Embassy, subject to the documents submitted.

No documents will be returned back by Embassy/Consulate after visa process.

Must declare rejection if rejected in any country in last 10 years and mention rejection year and category of visa of Rejected country.

All applicants have to pay visa fees, VFS charge & courier charge at local VFS centre.

TCS Term Condition

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter – Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More – On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN – AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN – AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package’ Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person’ Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An ‘Overseas Tour Package’ At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961.
SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM The User Understands And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A ‘Specified Person’, The User Agrees To Pay TCS To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, SHREE SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking.”

- We Can Not Make Seat Selection In Group Tour From Our End If Guest Wants To Seats Together Guest Have To Inform At Boarding Counter At Airport For Same.
